I’m sharing this because I’ve been trying to get a clear explanation from BiggerZ about what happened to the balance that was left in my account.   At the time my withdrawals stopped, I still had around 6.75 BTC in the account. Not long after that, my account was closed, and I’ve been trying to understand what happened ever since.   I’m not expecting people to automatically believe my side of the story. I’m simply putting everything out there from my experience, including the records I have, and giving BiggerZ the chance to explain its side.   Here’s what happened.   My KYC had already been completed and approved. I had also successfully withdrawn from the account before this situation, so there was nothing at that point that made me think there was an issue with my account.   After a significant win, I started making withdrawal requests.   I contacted BiggerZ support and was told that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000. At the Bitcoin price around that time, that worked out to roughly 0.15 BTC.   Support then told me to make my withdrawal requests around 0.15 BTC.   I followed exactly what I was told.   I didn’t try to go above the stated limit or find a different way of making the withdrawals. I submitted the requests based on the instructions I received from support.   Some of the withdrawals were processed.   Then everything stopped.   I still had approximately 6.75 BTC in the account.   Naturally, I contacted support to find out why. I followed up more than once because I wanted to know what had changed and how I could receive the remaining balance.   Eventually, my account was closed.   This is where I’m still looking for answers.   I followed the withdrawal process that BiggerZ support gave me. So I don’t understand why the withdrawals were later stopped without a clear explanation.   If there was an issue with my account, why wasn’t I told about it when I was making the earlier withdrawal requests?   And if there was a rule or condition that prevented the remaining balance from being processed, why wasn’t that clearly explained to me?   These are the questions I’m asking BiggerZ:   1. What was the actual withdrawal limit on my account?   2. Did BiggerZ support tell me to submit withdrawals of around 0.15 BTC?   3. Did I follow the withdrawal instructions provided by support?   4. What exactly caused my withdrawals to stop?   5. When was the decision made to close my account?   6. What was the reason given for closing the account?   7. What specific rule or term is being applied to the remaining 6.75 BTC?   8. What information or evidence supports that decision?   9. Why was the remaining balance not processed after the account was closed?   10. Why was the situation not resolved after I contacted support several times?   After I couldn't get the matter resolved directly with BiggerZ, I took the complaint to Casino Guru.   The complaint remains unresolved. Casino Guru complaint:   I understand that an unresolved complaint doesn't automatically mean one side is right and the other side is wrong. I’m simply explaining that I tried to resolve this directly and through the available channels, but I still haven't received the answers I’m looking for.   The amount involved is also not insignificant. We’re talking about approximately 6.75 BTC.   I’ve kept the relevant screenshots, conversations, withdrawal records and other documents relating to what happened. Since I can't upload everything directly on the forum, I’ve also provided the available evidence separately.   Evidence:     I’m not making this post because I have anything personal against BiggerZ.   I just want to know what happened.   If there was a legitimate reason why the remaining balance could not be processed, I want that reason clearly explained.   If a specific term or rule applies to my account, I want to know exactly which one.   And if there is evidence that explains the account closure and the stopped withdrawals, I would like that information made clear as well.   I’m not asking anyone to simply take my word for it. Look at the information and evidence and make your own assessment.   BiggerZ, I’m also giving you the opportunity to explain your side.   Why were my withdrawals stopped, why was my account closed, and what happened to the app roximately 6.75 BTC that remained in my account?   That’s all I’m trying to get clarity on.
