I originally raised this dispute because Shuffle withheld approximately $48,000 while I was attempting to resolve 2FA issues, satisfy KYC requirements, clear a pending redemption. After nearly two weeks of silence, Shuffle vaguely cited third-party game manipulation and exploitation, abruptly closed my account, and confiscated the entire balance, including my original $10,000 deposit. At that point, I brought the issue to public forums seeking third-party mediation and community support. Over time, Shuffle’s allegations grew much more specific: they claimed that specially generated backend requests originated from an authenticated session tied to my account. While Shuffle characterized their technical evidence as indisputable, I know with absolute certainty that I did not generate those requests, manipulate any game outcomes, or participate in coordinated exploitation. Only upon learning the exact technical nature of Shuffle's accusation did the full picture become clear: this activity directly aligned with the security compromise I had reported just prior to the incident. Because I notified Shuffle of suspicious account access before the disputed gameplay took place, the unfamiliar sessions and unauthorized access offer a direct, plausible explanation for Shuffle's backend findings. I submitted this documented breach as critical context, requesting that the dispute be formally reevaluated against the complete, chronological timeline. To date, I have received no substantive response from either Shuffle or the mediator. This represents a critical security breakdown on Shuffle’s part. Referencing Shuffle's backend logs against my authenticated sessions, device footprints, and reported security timeline should easily resolve this matter: Session Attribution: If unauthorized access occurred after I formally notified Shuffle that my account was compromised, I cannot legitimately be held liable for exploit-related requests attributable to the intruder. Return of Principal Funds: At an absolute minimum, Shuffle has zero justification to retain my original $10,000 deposit, and those funds must be returned immediately. -

I usually stick with the same casinos once I find one I’m comfortable with, but sometimes I still get curious about other sites.
