This is not a trustworthy casino. your case is similar to other cases of players who only received a portion of their winnings. the casino doesn't give anything away for free. even for a no deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit to use the bonus. there are many good casinos out there, why play at this one? -

its only a small amount but i d never let them get away with that, oh and never play there again once this case is closed. i also never heard their explanation of why the dont pay u the whole withdrawal. its really a creative reason^^ -
