You submit as many screenshots as you like but only the highest multiplier counts. You cannot change or edit your post after you have posted - If any posts show as edited before the screenshot is verified and counted by me, you may be suspended from the contest. You MUST submit your screenshots within 48 hours of the winning time and date so you cannot hold screenshots back. But once the contest closes, no screenshots will be accepted. All screenshots must show time, date, and bet size and a game log must be submitted. With a large win, it’s understandable that the casino may need additional time to complete verification and review the account before processing a withdrawal. I’d check the casino’s terms for the verification requirements and expected processing times, and make sure any requested documents are submitted clearly to avoid unnecessary delays. The email address is my private email address, so I will not post it publicly here. The issue is that the second account was apparently created using exactly the same email address, but with spaces inserted into it. A Casino Guru employee tested this and confirmed that the system does not even allow an account to be created with an email address in that format. That is exactly the problem: if such an account cannot technically be created in the first place, then the casino’s claim about this second account simply does not add up. In my view, this also clearly shows that the information provided by the casino was false.
