Nothing for three days; they just say to wait. I even tried filing a complaint via Ask, but it was rejected because I have to wait on 20bet's own timetable. -

@TrueLabGames Lately, I've noticed your new releases tend to be at the 92% setting also in casinos with otherwise decent rtp settings. Is this something you actively encourage upon those offering your games or is that descision the casino's alone? I mean, your slots are hard enough to win anything on as it is, let alone when playing them on 92% -

I play on others, and no one has ever complained.

I’ve asked several times if it was possible to play at low odds, but no one ever replied. I’ve previously lost huge sums—up to €9,000—and they were fine with that. Now they suddenly decide to make a fuss over €300 in winnings. If they don’t want me playing anymore, that’s fine, but they have to pay out the winnings I’ve earned.
