I first requested the withdraw a week ago. I received an email Friday saying the could not withdraw back to my card “process failed” which from reading reviews they seem to do this everytime someone try’s to make a withdraw above £100, clear stalling tactic. They asked for my bank details to process a bank transfer so I reluctantly replied with this Information. I went into live chat earlier finally got through and the agent seemed to have no idea about my withdraw. He then said there could be another 7-10 business day process and then this could be delayed even further, I asked why that would be and if he could look into my withdraw more specifically and of course the chat was closed and I was logged out of my account.
when I log into my account the withdraw still appears like it never existed. The funds are not in my balance, or pending withdraws or completed withdraws. All in all seems really suspicious and reading reviews of this company really highlights how bad they are.
