WIth August coming to an end and a full week behind me of avoiding betting I could safely dabble again now, knowing that the worst case scenario would be losing a couple of bets tonight and tomorrow but end the month on profit regardless. you may have broken the bonus rule in terms of playing above the bet size or played games that are not allowed during bonus. Some casinos will stop you from making such spins but others won't and then you get a surprise when the wagering is finished. -
@prish15 The casino may have shown proof to the Askgamblers team that you broke the casino/bonus terms and hence your complaint was rejected. Unfortunately, the AGCCS team is not obliged to show you the proof/s submitted to them by the casino.
