An opaque legal change, moving from a Curaçao license to an entity in Costa Rica regulated by a rather opaque authority. I documented these facts with logs, antivirus alerts and console captures, but management downplayed the problems by talking about display bugs, offering only financial compensation without addressing the causes. I have forwarded all this evidence to the suppliers and relevant authorities. Recommendation: Exercise caution and choose online casinos that are better regulated and more transparent. @MrPetersen Hi there and welcome to the forum. I don't think there can be any website or app that can delete or remove an account already opened at any casino! Even casinos have to maintain and keep their customer's records for a very long time (20 years or so if I'm not mistaken) - it's a legal requirement. An account closure merely removes a player from the list of active customers but the records are not deleted.
