      I am indeed from the UK but I'm in Wales and I know very little about London I'm afraid. I also agree that the term 'betting parlour' is very posh and one I've not heard of either.       It sounds crazy I have to admit, I can't see why they can't give you any information! Do they know you have opened a case with the commission? You also need to be careful discussing this in the forum now camgirl, since you have opened a case with the commission I don't think they like you discussing the matter in any forum whilst the case is pending. You can check this on their website though.

      The only thing is when do you draw the line between a 'simple mistake' and someone blatantly breaking the terms. I agree if a player's gaming pattern shows one bet out of the ordinary, higher than the max bet allowed, then this could be considered a mistake certainly the casino should be considering honouring this, But I think the max bet rule will always be one that comes up in the forum and complaints.

      Oh I see! Sounds like a complete nightmare then. If it is something serious and turns out you can no longer withdraw to your bank then maybe the best option for you is to get their MasterCard. Yes it's lengthy, Yes you have to pay a one-off small charge for the card but at least it's always an option there that guarantees you get your winnings in the long run. I sincerely hope that it doesn't come to that though and that this issue is sorted soon for you.

      I see, well I'm sorry you feel this way and I wish you every success with your case to the commission. I'd just like to add that I'd never visited the site before today after I read your thread. I found this bonus term within about 3-4 minutes from the Bonus Policy link on the home page. Unfortunately casinos don't put limits on your stake, in an ideal world this would be great and the players that are caught out by the max bet rule wouldn't be. But it is every players responsibility to check all of the t&c's before playing. None of us like reading these things, its tedious but it's also important. But like I said I wish you luck with your complaint to the commission.

      Hello garrytaylor and welcome to the forum. Please could you explain what you mean when you say 'wagering too high'? Are you referring the bets you placed? If so then the max bet rule at this particular casino when playing with a bonus is £5, you mentioned you were placing £7 spins, this is in breach of their terms.

      Okay, thanks for the advice. My problem is I do get bored with long sessions on the same game I think that';s probably why I'be never hit huge wins on it because I get fed up and try something else! But from now on, I won't!

      Alise, you're not alone. I'm pretty sure most of us here have blown big wins! My biggest win ever was £5,000, I blew £4,000 of it in £500 increments in about an hour, I was absolutely devastated and from that day on vouched I would never ever make the same mistake again. If gambling is no longer fun for you then you need to stop, stop chasing your losses now. You'll never get that money back Alise, the harder you try to win now the more you will lose. If you want to continue gambling, first take a break. Get your finances back on track then if you want to come at a later time you can but must do so with control and budgets set in stone. It's easy to look at our winner screenshots thread and think "Oh I can do that too" then when you play you don't even come come close to any of the big wins you've seen. Take it from me our members here don't win all the time, even though it seems like it. You mentioned Johnnygotthebone, if he was here now he'd tell you about how much he has lost in the past, let me tell you it is a lot! He's doing great at the moment, but he has moments where he doesn't win too. It happens to all of us. If you need to get out of debt I highly advise you stop gambling because chances are gambling will you put you even more into debt at the moment.

      I'm guessing the 'wager it all, lose it all' is probably their aim! I honestly don't see why the ladies need to be completely naked though! Will men (or indeed women ) seriously bet more just because they can look at a naked women when they do it?

      I actually haven't even bothered trying this game yet simply because it doesn't appeal to me. That's not saying that I don't plan of giving it a go, I certainly do. I'd like a bigger bankroll though because I'm pretty sure I'll be losing most of what I'll be betting on it!
