  1. Morning All, I need some help / advice. I opened an account with a website called Lottoland yesterday. I made a deposit of £200 (50+50+100) and then played for half hour or so and built it up to around £300 i then lost a bit and withdrew £213. Everything seemed fine and got an email saying it was processing. I later that evening ended up putting about 300 in through various deposits. I was playing a Red Tiger game and managed to hit a jackpot on a £4 spin and it paid around £5.5k. I was absolutely over the moon, absolutely game changing money for me and my family. I continued to play for a long while going up and down and finally called it a day and left £4.77k in my account to withdraw. I went to withdraw and it asked for verification, which is fine so i took a picture of my passport ready to send this morning. I went to log in this morning and they had closed my account, I contacted live support and they said that i have duplicate accounts and have closed my account. I wasn't aware i already had an account but was told i did from years ago and had self excluded and for that reason they didn't have to pay me out. I also have an active GamStop but didn't think it mattered here with a lottery site as such. I pleaded with the woman on live chat but she informed me it would be passed to a relevant party to deal with and i just know that through my own stupidity they probably aren't going to pay me any of my winning and i'm going to be X amount down through the deposits which realistically i had no chance of ever winning. I know it was silly of me to sign up and gamble but i honestly didn't know i had previously played there and self excluded from the site (old email address though). I just wondered if there was nay action i could take to get my winnings or if anyone has had a similar experience. It such a lot of money that could really help myself and my family and even through my stupidity i cant just accept and let it go, its actually killing me. They have said they will contact me via email in the next 72 hours but i wanted to get some advise before hand. Kind Regards,
  2. Hello everyone I know we have many threads already about this topic, so I haven't created this so much to talk about it but with so many new members lately im interested to see how many actually reverse their withdrawals now? I have started the poll above and I'd love to see everyones input. My answer is NO, because I never do now. Before I used to many times but my gambling habits have changed so much in the last year! Even though my withdrawals these days are few and far between when I do have them I never even think about reversing now! Also if you do reverse your withdrawals, when was your last one, how much did you reverse and did it do you any favours?
  3. Hello So i registered, had free spins, then got lots of emails about a welcome bonus. I deposited £25 and got bonus money and more free spins, anyway i hit a game king kong spins and got the bonus 100 free spins, and kept getting free spins in the bonus, totaling 800 free spins, this lasted hours and totaled to £1500 win from £1 stakes, i asked the live chat about how much did i need to wager, they told me so i started playing through it, i had got to the point where i had played through the required amount and my balance was over £1600, i then tried bigger stakes, lost and eventually tried to withdraw £800. I received an email congratulating me on my winnings and requested ID to verify, which i sent over. I received an email 2 days later saying that i had breached rule 6 and the withdrawal request was cancelled and my initial £25 deposit returned to my account. apparantly i had been upping my stake irregular and the following "Kindly note that your account has been in found of breach of Promotional Terms and conditions clause 6(xx) The time stamp for this breach which you are able to view in your my account is 26-08-2016 22:28:30 (in cash account) This decision has been made by Casino Management and is final. Should you feel this decision is unfair you are welcome to contact ecogra." Has an body else had anything like this to deal with, ive followed the rules, played the games for hours and not as if i was greedy and tried to withdraw £1600 when i could of, how can these online casinos operate like this, i genuinly thought i had won and my missis was watching, shamefull This happened to anyone else?
  4. I have been playing on-line casinos for about 3 years now, (Gawd, time flies and money disappears.) What I have had people ask about the dangers of on-line casinos is "How do you know these casinos don't control your winnings and losses given they know everything about you including your IP address" vs Brick and Mortar Casinos who don't know you. ? Hmmm, true. Another question : "If on-line are governed by gaming commissions on remote islands and not in our own countries, (Other than the UK Gambling Commission), how safe is it to say that our issues become pretty much useless when we have zero recourse ? I do know that Ask Gamblers help out players but should the casino simply decide to not pay-out, I read that there is really nothing anyone can do about it. You can't sue them without exorbitant fees in a foreign country/Island and writing to the gaming commissions in Malta, Gibralter or anywhere on those remote areas will help anyone in any way. I found those to be good questions and after searching I found that no answers, other than "they are monitored by gaming commissions and/or "play at recognized casinos monitored by the UK Gambling Commission:, (which I found more credible than those governed by these offshore islands. I mean, after all, why would any reputable establishment open on some far away Island unless they cannot be touched by larger government entities ? I have watched TV programs like 60 minutes, Fifth Estate, Prime Time, Market Place and others that basically caution against on-line casinos due to the vague re-courses players have against these gambling sites. Basically, there is a reason why some countries are restricted from many sites and seems like the USA is a large restriction for many. Would Anyone, including Ask Gamblers, have insight or knowledge on these questions ? Someone once told me that Thank-you Honestdude.
  5. Hi everyone I'm not sure of how many of us here now use auto spin all the time? I'm pretty much using it all the time and very rarely being able to actually watch my sessions, just going back to them now and again. Most of the time seeing my balance considerably less or around the same. BUT....Don't you just love it when you check your screens and your balance has gone up by a HUGE amount!! It hasn't happened to me recently but it's happened loads of times in the past. Just wondered if I'm alone on this or if we all pretty much experience this? And if you do can you remember any times when it's happened that you could share with us? The only downfall of this is that you don't get to capture the big moment!
  6. ive never had to have a large win be verified by the games provider , as ive never had a large win before lol how long does it take them to do this , been a week now and i just get the same reply , we are awaiting an update from the games provider :-(
  7. Has anyone had any dealings with SlotMadness, I won a bonus of $1450.00 about a week and half ago, and turned in all my documentation. So far they have been very poor about answering questions on emails. In live chat all i get is the same written response. HOW TO PROCEED???? But on the other hand I won a bonus at Liberty Slots for $1824 and they have so far have been good about answering questions. My questions to those of us who live in the usa and need to deposit a check in our american banks. What do we tell the bank of how we acquired this check, as the casinos tell us not to say it is winnings from an online casino. PLEASE GIVE ME A SUGGESTION ON THIS
  8. As a US player, do I have to pay income taxes on my winnings from an online casino

  11. He-i-llooooo As promised I feel a desire and a duty to describe my first withdrawal and winning experience! You all were cheering me and following up all the starts and important moments of my rising gambling career So I was lucky and didn't take too much time to justify your support and patience! Two days ago, on Tuesday, I suddenly wanted to find a good bonus, make a deposit and play. Honestly, just wanted to get more experience, without any expect of winning anything. Actually, I was looking for no deposit bonuses Decided to play Top Game games, because in my opinion, they are great for wagering - most of the spins, they give something, so you can balancing for a long time. That's just my experience and impression. Found a few no deposit codes, from Top Game powered casinos, but one of them wasn't valid anymore and another one required a download and installation, which seemed so boring to me. I don't like downloads... That's why I gave up on those casinos, until I find a good bonus..and then I bumped on 200% InterCasino's bonus, our exclusive! Wagering was 35x(deposit+bonus), pretty reasonable and minimum deposit €10. I decided to give it a go. Why not, InterCasino is trustful and decent place! I registered and deposited €15, smoothly and fast and in a moment my balance was on €45! Yaaay! BUT..then I realised that the games I found are powered by Leander Games, the ones I never tried. OMG, how silly of me..I didn't check their software haha Well, whatever, no return! I started with Glutters I think, but without any luck..the game was so cruel and I was thinking how stupid I was not checking the software and how stupidly I ended up playing those slots for kids. My balance was less than €25 and I was thinking: I'll raise my bet and what the *****, loose my money and let's finish this stupid session!! But before that, let's switch to another game! Let's see..Queen of Thrones! Okay. The game has a very interesting concept. It's chess themed and there's a throne in the middle. When white or black queen end up in that field - throne, fields next to it, turn into wilds The game has AWESOME bonus game, with a table of picks. You pick something under "?" sign and you can win some money or additional picks! This bonus game pulled me out quite good! My balance jumped from about €20 to €120, after bonus game and free spins! Yay! My bet per spin now was ready for increase. Set it up on 1,5. The game has 30 lines. Balance was constantly going up and down..I thought hours passed, so I decided to check my wagering progress, with support. Support was extremely kind and helpful, so they told me how to follow my wagering progress easily. But I was only on 50% with wagering when I checked it and with €21 balance So, I switched a game a little bit, just to give some rest to Queen of Thrones. Found Potion Factory and set up my bet to a very minimum. Won a bonus game, which helped me a bit, turned a few more spins and my balance was over €30 and I was ready to get back to that lovely, generous chess slot! After that return, my balance jumped up to over €100, then €180, then over €200, but I changed my bet per spin into 0.9. I played for hours. What a struggle. Wagering the bonus is such a hella job!! My balance was on almost the highest amount of all session, when I saw my wagering is 99.35% complete! A few more spins and VOILA!! Saw this: Woooow, I was so excited! Asked support what to do, they kindly, professionally and fast helped me again, telling me that my money should be in my Skrill tomorrow, but just for a prevention, I can send them a copy of my ID and utility bill. Because, risk department might randomly chose my account for a check. I took a screen shots of ID, credit card, skrill account, bill and who knows what else hahaha! And I also was seeking for Sharon, so I can share my happiness and big event with a dear person and a real gambler! She was offline, but later on, she congratulated me! Hope there is going to be more delicious withdrawals in my life soon and BIG thanks for everything to amazing InterCasino!!!
  12. Hello Askgamblers! I would like to ask some short survey regarding to the "User Playcheck Facility" what's your opinion to it? Does it makes advantage to a player? Does it affects the players decision before and after playing? Please kindly share you comments here. Thanks!
  13. Bet Victor has just reminded me that the Hall of Gods Jackpot has gone back up to £5.5M!!! I love this slot - especially since my £360 spin off a 20p bet last year. I love how much the bonus feature comes in - and I love how you could win that huge Jackpot from a low bet...I will definitely be playing Hall of Gods over the coming days/weeks .... Will anyone else be chasing this jackpot with me? Will I remember you guys if I do win the £5.5M - Nahhh probably not!!! Hahahaha (just kidding)
  14. I used a $50.00 bonus coupon code to play at Jungle Slots and did the required play through. In order to withdraw the winnings they want the FaxBack information form filled out,, but will not process the information unless I make a deposit. In essence, they want a deposit in order to collect winnings. Is this even legal?
  15. Hellooo! Haha, I know how my title may sound, but this question is about slots! To be more precise - about your winnings! Two days ago, I played some Novomatic slots (in non-AG-listed casino)! -------- dramatic pause----- waiting for ValDes' congrats for playing slots and his advices to choose some better software next time--------- And.. I am curious to hear from you, what do you prefer - Slots where you often have some winnings, for example every 2-3 spin, but small...or slots where it seems like eternity before any winnings, but when you win, it's some big piece (at least enough to cover up your previously wasted non-winning spins and turn you back on your previous balance)? I played Golden Sevens! Gosh, I almost pissed off how irritating it was! It spins, spins, spins, spins........and nothing, NOTHING!! Spins, spins, spins and then tadaaa, some cool, bigger win and I was there where I was before all these wasted spins, with the balance! I also found this slot very good for completing wagering requirements, exactly for that reason - you're always on beginning position and you're turning your money! What do you think and what do you prefer? (I'm so proud of opening another slot thread )
  16. I understand that's it's standard procedure for online casinos to pay USA players their winnings in installments, instead of in full. For example, Win Palace approved me for only $500 for a $2,000 withdrawal. The rest was returned to my casino player accont This concerns me. If I was lucky enough to hit, say for $5,000, at the $500 limit, I would be waiting months to be paid in full. I've checked with a few other online casinos, and they also pay their winners in in installments. My question to the online gambling community is... Are there any online casinos, accepting US players, that pay your winnings in full? I would like to tell them this: I'm going to deposit $200. Please credit the full amount to my casino account. Your online casino will be paid in installments at $25 per month for eight months...lol To the online gambling community, I would surely appreciate any feedback. Thank you for your time. Erik20
