Both forums have now come to the same conclusion. They do not need to show you the proof. If we receive proof of the same kind, for example, we do not release that proof to you. But if they are happy the proof satisfies the reults then the complaint is closed. The purpose is not for you to receive the proof but just for the proof to exist. And neither of those sites would say they received proof the bets were made from your location if they didn't see this.

Yes agree ago but as Flatzem said we cannot track bonus buys for demo mode. We will be having a bonus real money contest but this contest will be ONLY for bonus buys and it will be a one off contest. For these contests - it’s just about having fun

Hey guys - This is will now be something that happens every week for a chance to win tokens and points. I have the next two weeks ready to go but would love you all to submit some ideas you'd like to see. Remember - these are meant to be fun challenges, forum boosting topics, doesn't need to involve real money play as we will not be offering cash prizes. Yes correct. -: per the rules it’s 14 working days, not including bank holidays or weekends. Invoices were later due to an error made in final figures and waiting for new member details.
