As Afi said, you are all locked to your original three currencies so no one will be able to switch currencies for an advantage unless it is your original three

@BillyMcBigMac I’ve just checked and we don’t have this casino in our directory - whilst I don’t know why - I’d imagine there’s a very good reason why we have not added them.

How can you expect me to help with no evidence? You don’t even have chat transcripts? I was made aware of your case but not made aware there was no backing evidence. I’m not in any power to do anything, I’m a forum admin, however - had there been any kind of evidence, however small we could have talked about further steps and I could have seekers advice from people who could do something but I can’t go to them with “your word against theirs” even if you “went the cops” like casino guru said, they’d want evidence. Where are your chat transcripts from the conversations you have had with them? I was considering banning this casino from our contests - but there’s absolutely nothing I can do with not even a single ounce of proof that this happened unfortunately. I’m not saying I don’t believe you by the way - but if I banned a casino every time someone had an issue with no proof we’d have none left to play in.

There is not much I can do without any evidence or screenshots of chat even unfortunately.

Can you share any proof that you have please including chart transcripts. Also have you opened a complaint anywhere about this?
