  2. I’ll look into it for you now - whilst I do and for our reference to avoid this happening again - did it not flag to you at all the your country was restricted? And was it just a bonus restriction or full casino restriction please?
  3. @Atsejjj Could you try and make your writing smaller in your next post please? I wish I could help you here but unfortunately, our complaints don't accept multiple account cases. What was their rule for sister casinos? Does it actually say you can't have a sister account? Are you sure no one else with your IP has not made another account? Just trying to run through some options here,.

  9. This still applies Afi - but premium members who haven’t been active for 90 days cannot enter until they become active again. So if the don’t make a single post in 90 days they cannot enter a contest and then make 5 posts. They will need to be active and wait for the next months contest to start. The 5 posts during the contests still apply for everyone. We have some premium members who aren’t actively active so this applies to them.

  15. We don’t get involved in the way you want us to - we act as a mediator between you and the casino and but we cannot force them to do things unfortunately. Have you replied on the complaint saying you don’t know what you need to send?
  16. You repeatedly ask the same question about reopening the complaint which I have responded to multiple times that I cannot do that. Topics that become repetitive will be locked when there’s no further help I can offer. However if you fully understand that I can’t accept your complaint I’m happy to keep this open
  17. Okay this is going to be the last time I explain before I lock the topic. I am not in charge of complaints. I cannot open your complaint. I have explained to you multiple times what our complaints department have told you to do and their decision is final. If you are not happy with this, I suggest you reach out to support and maybe they can explain it better to you. I am a forum admin, I do not accept or reject complaints.

  20. We are aware that casinos do this, but you have to remember that the final decision isn’t just a public vote so regardless of whether or not these casinos offer an incentive to vote it doesn’t really give them any better chance at winning
  21. You can use live chat to get in touch with support as there is no further help o can offer you in regards to your complaint. (There’s no further help they can offer you either - but you should contact support if you’re not happy with the complaint outcome as I’ve already explained it well enough from my end)
  22. Of course it makes sense, you’re new to the forum so maybe it won’t to you. But over and over again I have dealt with cases that have lead to a complaint being approved only to find that actually the person in the forum only told half a story.
