Hello, I am a new Bovada customer. I deposited $5,000 of my own funds into my account and placed wagers normally. Through my wagering activity, I increased my account balance to approximately $18,000. I subsequently requested a withdrawal of $9,500. Shortly afterward, my account was disabled, and I am currently unable to access my account or my funds. I have already completed the identity and account verification that was requested. The original $5,000 deposit was made using my own funds and my own payment method, and all wagering activity on the account was conducted by me. I have contacted Bovada Customer Service several times to understand the status of my account. I understand that they may not be able to disclose certain internal security or compliance information. I just want to access my funds and someone can help me here? Thank you!
