We have a team who checks reviews for bots and those reviews are not published. CM will have their own reasons for blacklisting them which is nothing to do with us.

And @bp54 even if the complaint was listed and it wasn’t resolved in your favour we still wouldn’t black list the casino based on one unresolved complaint.

I’ve already told you that I had no powers to file your complaint. The decision is not mine to make as I do not work on the complaints department snd they have already given you the best way to deal with this.

We cannot lower the score based just on one bad review, unfortunately that is not how it works. Also we only have your version of the story here. If we lowered the score for every casino someone posted in the forum about, there'd be no casinos left to play in Your nregative review has been published but with no many positive reviews it won't effect the score yet.
