@Blackjax @loceff13 thanks for reporting the duplicate bonuses this was an error and should now have been removed while we look at new bonuses. Even though the codes are showing people cannot use those codes unless they click that link using the tokens.

The offers in your store will only be available in the loyalty program and cannot be claimed by anyone who does not have the tokens to claim them.

You can view your redemption history through the timeline in your account but unfortunately we don’t have a clickable option there if you didn’t sign up. This is why you are promoted to click twice before claiming the offer to make sure that you definitely want to claim it. However the team have taken your feedback on board regarding this, thank you

These codes should not be available on the normal AG site for everyone to claim and they would only work if you claimed the bonus via your tokens? So someone without tokens cannot claim that bonus and the code would not work for them?

@loceff13 please can you confirm if the button to claim / click the code is useable or is it greyed out? If clickable please can you share a screenshot as it shouldn’t be?

They will be rewarded from today onwards - so you have been given immediate Silver level instead of Gold based on your previous activity on our site, but you can now work towards gold based on your activity from today onwards. I hope that helps.
