It is VERY difficult for us to process a complaint when you have played down the balance while you wait to get verified. Because "technically" only you made that decision. Did you at any point ask the casino for a cooling-off period so you couldn't access your account? What as the balance that you paid down? AND what was the reason the bonus kept getting removed? Seems like an odd situation. What was the original validity time of the bonus to complete wagering? Are you saying they removed the bonus BEFORE this time expired?
