Good morning, today I made a deposit of 2300 sudc at the betpanda.io casino: I had received a promotion that by depositing I would have received a free bet.... So after making the deposit I saw that the promo had not been activated correctly and contacted my VIP manager. I did not receive a response for about 20 minutes from the same person (telegram contact), and as soon as I received a response from them, my account was literally emptied. In the meantime, I reported this to the VIP manager who has not responded to me anymore. The account had been in use for days. Therefore, I believe the manager is to blame. I should point out that I have been a VIP customer for 4 years, having wagered hundreds of thousands of dollars. Support is not helping me, the VIP manager strangely no longer responds.
