  3. This is obviously talking LIVE bingo then??? ... As online, the computer handles your cards doesnt it??? Any site I have seen didn't require me to manually keep track of my cards, thats for sure. But when playing live, I never got the chance to browse the cards before purchasing to look for preferential numbers and the like.. I mean I might have got away with asking for a card with my other halfs birthday on it somewhere but if I started asking to go through a stack to try and sort them into median or differing numbers I'm pretty sure I'd have been moved along pretty quickly... I don't play bingo live very often though so perhaps someone else can confirm?
  4. I haven't seen a huge amount of discussion here at AG regarding the recent changes to the UK "High Street" gaming rules regarding FOBTs, I suspect that's because us Brits are a minority here (though forgive me if I've just searched incorrectly) but I think it's a topic worth bringing up anyway - the implications could surely spread to other countries and there's no question the same crazy "you must be saved from yourself" activists are now turning their attentions to online. First of all, most of you are surely aware that the maximum stake for these high Street machines was recently reduced from £100 to £2 a spin. Now obviously that's somewhat reasonable for slots in an unregulated environment... Even at £2 a spin its very easy to lose a lot of money very quickly. The knock on effect of this has been huge numbers of store closures and hence job losses, and whilst its hard to feel sorry for the bookmakers here of course, isn't it surely inevitable that many of these players will now have switched to playing online?? Important questions no doubt, but here's where it gets really interesting... Watching one of my usual you tubers recently I noticed an alarming "feature" had been added to (I believe) Corals in store roulette game.... Now, instead of placing your bets straight on the wheel, you place up to 100 virtual chips around the layout and then place a bet of up to £2 at selectable odds(up to 10/1 I believe) . If your bet wins your roulette round is played, with the value of your virtual chips determined by the odds of the initial bet - otherwise your two pounds are gone inside a second. I watched him lose around £20 in the blink of an eye just trying to get a spin out of the thing. You have to ask if this is adhering to the rules in good faith surely? I'm sure that your chips are then valued above 10x your stake as well, therefore I'm not even certain if it's a "fair" bet to begin with. Factor in a couple of 50/50 double up games after the round and your going to be throwing your money away very, very often trying to reach the old £500 max win. Nb, heavily edited for length so I hope my points are still clear
  5. I've only heard positive things about BitStarz so it really bugs me that I can't play there as a UK player. Most of the sites I know of who are accepting crypto payments from UK players are really basic such as luckygames.io, megadice has a few slots but not much in the way of top-tier providers. But yeah, seems unlikely the casino would refuse payout based on such an issue if they have no sister sites to begin with. Wanna try again op? ?)
  6. Absolutely! But not seeing a win over 7x stake in 20 tries too.....??? You have to wonder what the logic behind that algorithm is ...!
  7. Football Frenzy - possibly exclusive to Sky Vegas as I've never seen it elsewhere. Anybody tried this game before? I often receive a free game from the daily "Prize Machine" promotion and found it quite laughable how it basically never returns a win other than 10p - your stake - on very rare occasions. Today I noticed the "Free Play" option when redeeming my free round so figured I'd take a look after wasting a few seconds on the freebie. Can you believe this.... first eight rounds in a row, all winners! Better still, only one of them was for 10p - the others were all 20p/50p or 30p/60p as I scored the "Free Kick" feature twice which effectively gives you two balls, which both won, on both occasions...?!? Unbelievable! Best of all, the 8th round I hit the "Golden Goal" pocket in the centre of the screen and saw that feature for the first time ever. I actually had it twice in the 20 or so total rounds I played, both times the ball went right-centre for a 70p return. The maximum possible in both cases was £2.00 or 20x, I assume the values are randomly selected and can go up to the theoretical maximum of 2500x sometimes. Am I right in saying game providers are legally required to ensure the "free play" mode has the same odds as the real game these days? I'm sure that was a rule that came in with the launch of the UKGC a few years back, and I'm real sure it isn't being honoured in this case. I've had at least say, 30-50 games on this "scratchcard" over the past 18 months and have never seen more than 10p awarded, yet my first eight games in free play all return 20p or more, and out of 20 games played back to back I only lose six times?? Come on, thats a "mathematically unlikely" set of results if I ever saw one, is it not?! I suspect nobody here will have much experience with the game, afterall these "Virtual Scratchcards" are sucker bets without a doubt - 90% RTP?! Horrible! Is this worth talking to the casino about? The game is made by "CORE Gaming" apparently, so i guess it's possible they are not aware. I'd love to see some published results though, I know Videoslots provide those for every one of their games but is that a UKGC requirement or just something they choose to do? Anybody know?
  8. Am guessing hes talking about poker freerolls? Like what you find at jackpotfreerolls and pokerfreerollpasswords I guess??? I'd love that list copyyy if you still have it?
  9. Yeah I would definitely be getting annoyed now, doesnt even sound like your being given any real explanation which is just completely unacceptable. Stay on their backs!!

  13. Okay so I read the UKGCs statement as, they have not been shown satisfactory details as to where the funds used to purchase the casino came from is that correct?? If so I'd have thought the taxman and the police would be "helping to clarify" the situation soon enough, no?
  14. Did anyone in the UK receive this email? I haven't had it and wouldn't have minded 25 free spins.... Hope they were as good as their word in awarding the spins regardless of review content... Doubt they will have too many bad ones though, they've only got better and better over the years from my point of view. I do miss their old black jack though, don't know who operated it but I had a couple of completely insane runs on it maybe 5 years ago.. Ahhh... those were't days I say me old friends, them t'was days!
  15. You should be able to create an Iban using your banks details and your account number together although I've just googled and it appears your Canadian banks don't use the same system so I can't understand why they would ask you for it? A SWIFT code for your bank plus your regular account details should be sufficient, the casino MUST know how to process this if they are accepting 6k in deposits from Canadian players such as yourself so get on to them right away and insist the tell you exactly what they need to send your money. If bank transfer is a problem, how else can they pay you? Don't take no BS and if they say they need to elevate or something like that tell them you expect a reply within 3 hours, it's not a tiny withdrawal and your entitled to your money.
  16. Used to love Bet.AT, not sure why I stopped playing there now. What's this story about them having their license revoked? Seems a shame but I guess it makes sense to stick with your most active and popular brands. Had plenty of fun at Slotty, never had any bother being paid.
  17. That sounds so familiar... dropping £100 after £100, upping your bets til they get ridiculous... finally hit a bonus and it only pays 100x and your like... god damnit, that should have been the big one!! Done it so many times, these days I forget how much I was betting just always see my winnings in terms of multiple of my deposit. If I've put £400 in and got a balance of £1,000, you can bet your life I'm having that £600 even if its just my gaming balance for the next few weekends.
  18. Hi Feeshmon, Sure, no reason not to believe them when they tell you what the "hot" slots are... that just means those are the games that have been paying out the most in the last 24 hours or whatever doesn't it? Unless your the kind of person who takes that to mean YOU are more likely to win more from those games automatically as a result, there's nothing wrong with sharing this information. Some people would decide to stay well away from those "hot" machines though too, wouldn't they? Afterall, if the games have already paid out a whole bunch in the last 24 hours, you could take that to mean they are LESS likely to pay you something now couldn't you?! Obviously both of these views are ridiculous... past events have ZERO influence on your odds of winning anything from a slot machine in the future. Like everything else in online gaming it's best to take these "hot slot" recommendations as a bit of fun, nothing more. Sure, give those games a try by all means, but your expectations should be just the same as any other game, on any other day.
  19. You really must be in a very fortunate position if you can take or leave 70k, so I'm extremely pleased for you in that respect... If this was me I would be panicking big time, though as you say the terms were all there.... If the casino isn't willing to do ANYTHING to help, not even just creating a withdrawal schedule for you, I'd definitely just login every 3 days to withdraw and keep doing that for the life of the balance. Why give them another penny? Even at VIP1 that's 6k a month on top of your income, just buy the rolex for yourself at Christmas :)
  20. Not being from Serbia I have no idea how things work there, but surely it must be possible to get confirmation from your bank that your credit card is registered to you.... or a statement for it sent to you by letter? Many of us don't bother receiving postal statements in general now but obtaining these documents as a one-off is usually fairly easy. It might be annoying but do it once and then get the full set of documents uploaded to every casino you frequent right away... you are usually good for 3-6 months too for any new casinos you sign up with. I always made a habit of trying to get verified before it got to the point where I was making a withdrawal anyway, but I must admit to being a bit annoyed by the latest regulations here in the UK which occasionally force me to get my documents verified before I can even PLAY ... I don't see why every casino can't spend the little extra money to implement electronic verification - if they can't afford to do that, what faith should I have that they can afford to pay me when I win?!
  21. I'm honestly devastated for you, I've done it myself a couple of times (although not to quite the same extent...) and learnt a big lesson each time. Over the coming days and weeks you need to think about if you ARE a problem gambler or if you maybe just got carried away here. Were you under the influence a the time at all? That's one thing I definitely realised I needed to keep a handle on when gaming after playing through £700 I managed to win that would REALLY have helped me out that particular month.. I rationalised it by saying "well, I won it, it's not like it's MY money...." ... you have to keep in mind that when you win money, it's NOT just numbers on a screen. Maybe not the best line to be thinking down at this stage though... As gutting as it is, try and learn from the experience. Write yourself a letter about this experience, how it's made you feel, and as hard as it may be, what difference that money could have made to your life right now. Keep that letter in a drawer at your desk/computer area and absolutely be sure to whip it out next time that "Big Win!" animation is rolling on the screen. As ridiculous as it might sound to some people this is a tactic that's really worked for me and ensured that the next time I had a £1,200 win I made sure the thousand made its way into my bank account and not back into the casino. I hope others have some more helpful words for you. but please don't let this get you down. Take a break from playing if you need to and always, always make sure never to play with money you cannot afford to lose.
  22. Perhaps a forum section for unlisted casinos (and slots) would be useful ? Certainly when it comes to BAD casinos I think its urgent that the information gets out there as quickly as possible.
  23. Just to add, thats 1 in 29.3 or about 3.5% and NOT 29% .. probably obvious to most but I just figured it might be useful to add this. Kingraj's math is absolutely correct of course
  24. I'm writing a few casino reviews just now and notice there seems to be quite a few casinos not listed here at the moment. There's a bunch which are apparently part of the LeoVegas group including 21.co.uk, slotboss, castle jackpot, pink casino etc which I find some complaints about but no actual listing, also Stakers who have been mentioned on the forums but also don't have their own listing. Is it possible to submit/request casinos for adding? My experience with most of these places is mainly positive so I guess it's not as urgent as if they were rogues, but it still seems strange to find so many casino's I have played at which are missing from the directory here. Is there a reason for this?
  25. I seem to remember William Hill had actually bought Joyland out at that point and it might have been them who arranged that deal - from their point of view they were trying to do the right thing by the player having picked up that debt as a liability and finding that much of the money which Playtech had paid out to the casino was no longer sitting in the casino's bank accounts. It's things like that which make you real glad on-line casinos are now required to keep player funds in a segregated account! Playtech STILL allow their licensees to get away with this kind of behaviour though, it's insane that their software is so popular with the major UK operators considering their past and present business dealings with WAY dodgy offshore scam operators.
