  1. What's the link between RBS and Tesco? That's definitely interesting to me because I had a tonne of trouble with my tesco account a year ago with the card not working properly when withdrawing cash, and they eventually closed the account and made me pay back a load of money I never even got... If there IS a link to NatWest that would explain a thing or two and possibly help me with the ombudsman
  2. That's great news Conor, so is it fair to assume that the other Aspire casinos aren't necessarily tied to this 48 pending period either ??? Wonder why so many of them choose to insist on it despite the fact it's surely hurting their businses if that's the case... I won't usually play past my welcome bonuses if my money sits in reversible pending for 48 hours ...
  3. My best friend had Skrill close his account for no apparent reason a couple of years back and it's made me quite nervous whenever I have a big chunk in there ever since... took him months before they allowed him to empty his balance out to his bank account, basically just because he was waiting weeks inbetween responses from their departments and it took many steps before t hey unlocked the withdraw to bank feature of his account ... I'd love it if these instant card withdrawals became standard, seems unlikely though as it appears to depend on a direct relationship between the casino and individual banks
  4. Music just keeps on coming Valdes, I didn't see a recent topic about this so figured it was time to get some updated suggestions from people... I love discovering new music. Gonna check out the sounds people have given now ... come on cocopop I bet you have some favourites really... you must do ?! If you never listen to the radio in your car or at work, or play music in your headphones in the gym or whilst your walking around... or whilst your slotting..! You really should give it a try! I get thoroughly depressed real fast without my music, though I do realise not everybody is the same... my dad for example can't survive a day without having the news on in the background 24/7, and my mum I'm sure is gonna be watching Frost, Cell Block H and whatever that ITV police drama with the guy who used to be in The Bill is called all on repeat until the day she dies .... WTF
  5. Who did the money belong to ? £50,000 is some SERIOUS cash, is it a case of you dug yourself into a hole then kept on trying to find a way out of it I guess?... What a mess. Another poster wrote a similar problem yesterday, same thing applies here... your outlook strongly depends on WHO you gambled this money with. But the SOW form isn't some kind of safety net for those who gamble more than they can afford, I don't think... it's basically there to find out if you are laundering proceeds of crime, it's not intended to give any support to the player to the best of my knowledge. Just like talking to the police..... anything you say will be used against you, it can never help you because it's "hearsay" if it supports you... it's "evidence" if it doesn't. That;'s the messed up world we live in unfortunately.
  6. I'm sorry I don't buy the "I used the wrong card in error" line .... You have to type in the name on the card don't you ??? I mean even if it is saved in the computer, what about the 3 digit code... you just know it off by heart and enter it on autopilot? I'm surprised it is even possible to make a deposit using a card in a name that doesn't match the account these days to be honest. If your going to do it for whatever reason, use the card to deposit into an e-wallet first then pay the casino from the e-wallet in your own name ... still against the T&C but I fancy the chances of getting Skrill to pay you before possibly closing your account much more than I do a casino. I really hope you get your deposits returned, at the very minimum. I mean, if your mrs were to say she DIDN'T authorise the transactions you could certainly get those payments returned... there could be some risk of trouble with the law of course. Problem is your not wanting to say that in the hope that you manage to get your winnings... but by the time they tell you they aren't paying you it's too late ... Maybe the mrs will consider calling her card company and marking the transactions as fraudulent, but again, be prepared for potential issues with the law. You gotta decide how m uch this money is worth to you I guess.
  7. Man, the things people will do when they are addicted never cease to blow my brains all over the windshield.... I really hope you get paid... I think your on about 20/80 NOT getting the money, depends where it was tho ... better hope your mrs doesn't rip your balls off after that 19k goes through too
  8. Hey all! I'd love to hear a few of your favourite songs that provide the background to your slotting sessions! I'll kick things off with a handful of my own favourites.. any other DnB fans around here ? High Contrast - Days Go By 2019 DJ Fresh ft Ella Eyre - Gravity Dimension - Love To Me Matrix & Futurebound ft Max Marshall - Fire Sub Focus ft Alex Clare - Endorphins (SF vs F&G Remix)
  9. I don't know, the trouble from my point of view is that you must have made a whole lot of seperate deposits in order to rack up 10k ... the casino can reasonably argue that, had you won and incorrectly been paid out, you certainly would not be about to return the money ... of course, the likelihood is that this mistake would have been spotted at the point of withdrawal, in which case you would probably have had the deposits returned rather than being given the winnings... When you lost your first £1,000, why did you not do anything about this then? What eventually happened for you to write this post, did you empty your entire bank account now? I understand that it's asking a lot to expect a problem gambler to be the one to notify the casino of the problem, but you obviously had realised you had an issue at some stage for you to have registered with GamStop ... it's a shame you waited until you had lost £10,000 before doing something. I'm unsure what the law is regarding this ... have you tried anything with your bank? What method did you use to make the deposits? And have you said anything to the casino yet? Be very careful about you how you approach this, I would get some proper legal advice before saying anything to anyone if you haven't done so already.
  10. Sky Vegas was the only one I know of, but many casinos support Trustly which gets you your money back to the same account the card is on immediately... I haven't had too much trouble with money laundering rules or whatever depositing with my card then sending the money back via Trustly... as long as all the accounts are verified etc I think a lot of casinos will let you do it this way.
  11. By all means go to the casino for your 21st, take a little cash to gamble but try and soak up the atmosphere as much as anything... casinos usually have plenty of good looking men/women around to chat with, cheap or free drinks, GREAT food where I am in particular... it's an environment your finally allowed to get involved in, but try not to make the gambling the be all and end all of it ... also, learn to play poker well, you can play all night for a relatively small entry price with the opportunity of a big win at the end of it that way too... if you have a girlfriend though she will probably be bored out of her mind if she's anything like mine, and blow enough on the roulette for the both of you whilst shes waiting for you Oh.. almost forgot. Try Microgamings Premier Blackjack, or Evolutions Live Blackjack usually has cute dealers if that's more your bag
  12. Holy ***** mate... get yourself to GA or something, or find some other way to get some extra positive influences in your life ... come on, think about your loved ones before you make comments like that.
  13. Hi Renee! Oh yeah I do definitely agree the download client is the bomb, I used to play every day back when there were some decent tournaments to play ... they disappeared from everywhere I think though didn't they? The slots are much smoother, and no question the Premier Blackjack and Double Double Bonus Poker have been by far the fairest card games I've ever played online ... nice and fast too, which really annoys me about other providers... NetEnt in particular, that huge delay when you bust??? Awful You could look to integrate some other games into your website version though couldn't you? I know a lot of people are complaining about recent updates to HTML5 but I have to say for me the experience of playing in browser is just getting better and better... maybe because I have a fast machine ... but the gap between browser casinos and the VIper client is definitely getting smaller, in my experience at least. Regardless, I'm gonna jump back in this weekend, see how my session goes ... send me some luck at Casino Action plz
  14. I certainly try practice good bankroll management when I play poker... especially if your playing cash games you can't be slapping your whole balance down on the table because it's so easy to get wiped out that way if you do... or end up playing with scared money which is never going to help you win either. With slots and casino it takes on a different meaning really, and bet sizing definitely needs to be determined based on the variance of the games your playing too. But as others have said the best strategy is surely to just play with what you can afford... "chase" by playing on a different day and waiting for the wins to appear rather than by sticking in every penny in your bank account trying to cover your losses. If you are sensible then over the long term you'll start coming close to those magical 90% RTP figures ... sometimes doesn't feel like it though !
  15. When you've lost £2k, surely you have to think to yourself... what do I do when the whole £8k is gone... think just one more deposit and I'll win $10k? it's absolute madness. I've chucked £800 or so in chasing an original deposit of £200 before and it came good on the last £50 I had in my Skrill.. hit for £1,200... I've not done anything that stupid since, guess I was real lucky. If I'd been playing with my savings rather than last weeks winninings I'd like to think I'd have been more careful though... The other story just sounds super random. Think that guys been around reddit a bit too long
  16. Hey Renee.. I can't say for sure everyone in this thread thinks the same way, but I wouldn't get too upset about our use of the word degenerate... ***** i respect anyone who is spinning those games at $150 a pull, I use the word in a very tongue in cheek kind of way ... I doubt anybody here really thinks you guys would sell your grandmother for another deposit bonus or anything Are your casinos all still MG only ? Or is it me who's behind the times with that statement? Best educate myself before I drop you that PM!
  17. I've had the 666 with a skull on the first reel... I think I'd die if I got them right the way across the screen, that would be absolutely insane
  18. Feels weird an established casino moving "into" another group ... I guess I thought Aspire was the owner of all their casinos as opposed to a platform. If it is just a platform though there should be no reason Trada have to take on their crappy 48 hour pending thing should there ? Would be interesting to understand a bit more about these structures, I hope the Trada rep will step in at some point soon and tell us what new terms and so forth are going to apply. Isn't this like the 3rd time Trada have switched out their software? I guess the owner likes to keep up to date!
  19. Hey pal, don't let gambling mess with your head ... there's always a way to put things right, no matter how big a hole you've dug yourself. Just take some time and think things through. Haha ***** yes, a guy after my own heart right there.
  20. I don't want to influence your decision in any way, just to make that clear ... but I just feel I have to point out, considering your bet sizes, it really doesn't seem so surprising to have lost 1400 in that session ... sure, you probably should have got a few more spins, a slightly higher RTP... but thats the nature of the games particular when you are doing relatively low numbers of spins of high value - your cranking the variance to the absolute max by doing that. Remember you could have a session tomorrow with ,000%s RTP too, so there has to be these equally poor and opposite sessions to allow those things to happen. Sounds to me like you need a break to reset your brain back to being content with lower wagers... I feel like I might be heading in the same direction myself at the moment, but I ain't going NEAR to £12 a spin... jesus my balance would be wiped out in under 3 minutes :S
  21. Wow buddy... did you win a jackpot previously or something? That's SO much money to have gambled in just 3 years, most people don't even earn that much in their jobs ... Know it's none of my business really so feel free to ignore, you really should take in the point tho... you CAN'T be giving that kind of money to a casino, think what it could do for you and your loved ones.
  22. Yeah this is a bit blatant isn't it! ValDes, what are the consequences for casinos leaving shill reviews such as this on your site?
  23. LOL, so basically we're saying these wins are essentially impossible? Unless they are final profit figures from a whole session perhaps? The second one is dodgy regardless if it totals 3 maximum possible hits, thats not gonna happen even in an all night session is it. Doesn't surprise me with Casino Rewards though.... they are so far behind the times now it's almost their USP.
  24. The long and short of the huge block of text in the first post is basically, slots that seem to pay well on most sites pay badly on Casumo; OP believes reason for this is that Casumo spends too much on marketing so therefore has to steal the money back from players with poorly paying games. I don't wish to be disrespectful but most of us here at AskGamblers know that the casinos have very little control over the slots themselves, they just license the right to offer them on their site ... the games almost never run on the casinos own servers, instead just being invoked remotely from the providers machines instead. I understand there are some providers (including PlayNGo and Real Time gaming) who offer multiple RTP options for their games, but that I believe is the limit of control a casino can have. Now I don't doubt there are some unscrupulous operators around, many of whom would love to pull a scam like this... hence the reason game providers don't allow them the possibility to do so - it would reflect badly on them and their games. I believe Casumo publish the RTP figures for their slots don't they? Simply comparing them to other large casinos will quickly show there is nothing amiss.
