If you look back up this thread, certainly one of the casinos posted a list of all the wins at their casino and the majority are all 0.20 stake with one each at 0.40, 0.60 and 1.00 I believe. Of course, if you are correct in that it is ALWAYS in the last hour then clearly it is "rigged", or I guess I would say, configured to work that way.
