Being told to get a lawyer or phone the police really doesn't sound like the kind of service Bet365 would offer. The reason they have given you for withholding your winnings is also extremely vague. It seems you have exhausted all of your options with direct contact as they aren't replying. I would now highly suggest you Submit a Complaint. When you go to live chat and ask them what do they tell you exactly? Were your winnings the result of a single deposit?
