First of all - I've had a similar issue of wanting to change my currency and the process is an absolute nightmare. I know this is the one thing that casinos cannot change. Once you pick your currency it can't be changed. And the process as you mentioned is for the casino to delete the account and set up a new one. My encounter of this was at InterCasino (a few years ago) When I tried to register I had the exact same message that my details were already registered. It didn't matter what they done nothing worked. However I wasn't too bothered about playing there. In your case they absolutely should have been able to resolve your matter and the fact that they didn't IMO shows very poor customer support. Regarding Erik - I don't see why he would just stop responding to you at all. Was he still an active rep at the forum and just ignoring your messages? Or had he left the forum altogether? Not that it matters now of course, just wondering really. When it comes to Kaboo Casino - I know they have been experiencing some technical issues with their site. I couldn't even register to start off with but our rep here did tell us that the technical problems should be sorted. In Kaboo's defense every new casino is destined to have teething problems, it all comes with the territory I think. However not being able to make a deposit is quite a glitch! It's a shame they weren't more willing to help you there. But I'm really sorry to hear you had a tough time! Maybe our rep here will be able to shed some light on it for you.
