  12. @Afi - Regarding the Personal Messenger Shortcut, I'm afraid we don't have one at the moment but we will be adding new features in the future so I expect this will be one of them. The easiest way I have found to access your personal messages is to 1. Hover over the notifications bell in the top right of your screen 2. Find the notification where you have received a message and click it which will take you to the message OR - As Helena mentioned earlier.

  15. Afi - to change your avatar you need to: 1. Hover over your current picture in the top right hand corner and where it says 'Good Morning.....' and then your name you will see the little settings symbol 2. Click this to bring up your settings 3. Go to 'Edit Profile' 4. Click on your current avatar which should open up a box with your files 5. Find the picture you want to change it to and double click it 6. Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of your screen I'll get back to you and Shafiek regarding the other issues
  16. Maybe these 'suspects' as you call them just play in tourneys all the time, it doesn't mean the tourneys are unfair and especially Microgaming's! I can assure you that there is no funny business going on with their tourneys! I don't understand how a player can 'fix' getting to the top of the leaderboards! Are you talking about freerolls or paid tourneys?
