  1. Maybe it could... Cupid brings you special prizes from your favourite site
  2. Aaaaaaand the wanderer returns!! Don't you ever go away for that long again Mr Afi You are in serious trouble! I have yet to decide your punishment
  3. I guess casinos know that some players won't read the terms, I mean come on some of us are guilty of it here. I hold my hands up myself, it's these players that fall short of this absurd term. I'm pretty sure that if every one read the terms this particular casino would have fewer depositors based on this terms alone.
  4. I'm sorry I don't know the missing words, hopefully someone will be able to help
  5. I just thought I'd let my fellow UK players know that Rizk Casino now accepts us! Players from the UK can now register and you also get a free spin of the Rizk Wheel. I won 10 free spins to be used either on Starburst, Attraction, Pyramid: Quest for Immortality or Lights. But there are other options on the wheel you could win. Just wondering who's had some experience with this particular casino?
  6. That's quite a contrast between your two favourite games. I've never had any luck with this Rainbow Riches game. I also played it at the end of last year on a slot machine in a pub when I went on holiday and it was just as dreadful to me. But I'm glad it pays you well! Hopw you win lots from it.
  7. I have to agree that there's nothing more frustrating than playing at a casino that simply isn't easy to navigate around. It makes life a whole lot easier!
  8. So, you're a fellow player from the UK like myself? Indeed since the new law we saw many, many casinos pull out of the UK but as time has progressed some of these casinos have managed to obtain a UK license. Not all of course. When I try a new casino I always, always ask if they accept UK players, this is now one of my first questions for support. Luckily for me I haven't had a bad experience where I've been able to sign up, deposit and play to later find out they don't have a UK license. Would you care to tell us which casinos in particular that we have that are not adhering to the UK licensing laws? We can check it out.
  9. I didn't necessarily react negatively I asked the member to elaborate on his experience. it's easy to say you can get your money back and accuse casinos of no adhering to licensing rules - but I like to know more, facts so to speak More often or not, and I'm not saying the member who created the thread is one of these, but, more often or not players who create these kinds of threads are ones that have lost money and simply don't like the fact they have lost
  10. Hi Kristine, it's so lovely to have you here
  11. Yep I agree we all love having you hear Seat.
  12. That's such a shame and I guess in this kind of situation it's your against theirs and if shows that a 20 euro bet was made and it's there in black and white it's pretty hard for the player to come back from that. I;m so sorry that you've had a bad experience and sincerely hope that all your future sessions are much better!
  13. Yep completely agree, however the player could have avoided this ridiculous term had they had read the terms beforehand. I know I certainly wouldn't deposit with this rule in place.
  14. Any money you win will always go to your bonus balance whilst you still have a wagering requirement in place, it's just the way it works.
  15. I completely agree! I'll add it later for you. Thanks Zeus
  16. Hello aer1983 and welcome to the forum. Have you seen your game history to check the bet in question? I guess what you could do is open a complaint and out forward your concerns that you only placed a 2 euro bet. It may or may not be accepted as a complaint I'm unsure.. The difference between a 2 euro bet and a 20 euro bet is quite a difference, were all other bets before and after the bet in question also 2 euros?
  17. Hello Joanneollier and welcome to the forum Whilst I agree that the fact you had to wager your own deposit 5 times without even accepting a bonus is ridiculous, this would have been stated in the casinos terms and conditions. Did you not read these before you deposited?
  18. Hello vtmonsta and welcome to our forum. Sorry to hear you're having problems with this particular casino. I had to do some serious editing of your post to make it readable to our members. If you are using a translator and copying and pasting the text please be careful when doing so as it's adding characters in your post making it impossible to read.
  19. Me and the kids dancing round the room to this one at the moment, even the baby is having a dance.
  20. Hi Porgi1234 and welcome to the forum here. If only it was that easy - I'm pretty sure casinos would be out of business! Care to elaborate on your experience with us?
  21. Huh Im confused a little now... So let's say I deposit £20, I'll receive a £40 bonus. This means I'll need to deposit £60 35x I play and lose (or win) but either way my balance reaches zero at some point. I then play my 50 free spins. Let's say I win £10 - this would then £10 x 35 yes?
  22. With your mother! That's very sleek. There is no way my mother would ever come with me
  23. I started losing interest in Microgaming sometime last year, their new game releases just weren't up to scratch and sick of their clones. I'm yet to really immerse myself in Quickspin games but I'm hearing lots of good things about these guys lately so may well try them out a bit more over the coming months.
  24. Yep it's very exciting I think! We can refer back to this thread in few years and compare how casinos have changed!
  25. See now I'm not bothered that I'd have to wait for the withdrawal to go to me bank but I never understand why casinos don't allow bonuses if you deposit via e-wallet. What difference does it make them and how could it possibly effect the bonus?
