      Hello shecansayyes and welcome to the forum. From what you have said this is yet another 'max bet' violation. I don't know why all of a sudden we are having loads of these cases coming in at the moment! Stated in their terms and conditions will be their max bet rule when playing with a bonus. I understand you say you didn't know this rule but unfortunately when you sign up to the casino you agree to their terms and conditions, this means you are bound by the max bet rule as being one of their terms. I can only assume like lots of other players you didn't read this particular term, I'm afraid since you've broke the max bet rule a complaint wouldn't suffice.

      I've had a few actually and I've never bothered to go in to the account to see how they are going to charge me. I assumed that if I was to deposit would come out of that first before a balance was credited to my account. But that's just an assumption I've never actually looked into it!

      It's a fee because your account is dormant, have you never had this before? Yep I agree and I used to write things down on paper in a book, then I kept losing the book

      I often have emails saying my account has been dormant and I'm being charged a fee and half the time I didn't even remember I had an account there

      I know this is a question that most of us certainly won't be able to give an exact answer to since we all lost count years ago!! I honestly have no idea how many I'm registered at. When I first discovered casinos I went crazy, taking up every free offer I could find signing up to any casino I could find. Until it came to the point where I was pretty sure I had signed up to all the ones I wanted to and was always on the hunt for a new one. These days I'm much more reluctant to just sign up unless I definitely know I am going to make a deposit. In a way I regret signing up to so many at the start because I don't remember half of my sign up details! I was just wondering whether we're all the same?

      Hello Leo and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience at 32Red Casino. A casino as reputable as 32Red certainly don't fix their games and even more I just find it hard to believe that the dealer smirked because you lost. It really makes no difference to the dealer whether you win or lose they are just there doing their job, the profits and losses don't come out of their pockets!
