      Hahaha ....So did I win the £500 on the bonus wheel. Then to my utter disappointed I learnt it come with wagering requirements! I had like £26,000 to wager I even made a thread on here asking for suggestions to get through it. I don't remember how much I got through now a few thousand but of course I never completed the full wagering. How about you did you complete it?

      I personally don't think my comment is negative actually! I simply told you my opinion that no casino, even the ones I have lost money in have stolen from me. I deposited my money there and I didn't win. It's that simple. I asked you to explain your title because I honestly didn't know what you meant by it and then I welcomed you to the forum Now if I'm being honest I don't entirely know what you are getting at! Are you saying that there is a casino out there has personally taken your money from you and it isn't down to the fact that you have deposited and just not won?

      Firstly hello gorillajungle and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear about your problems with this casino. Would you mind naming the casino so we know where we are with this? It's a tricky one actually, when you asked the casino not for the option to reverse your withdrawal what was their response? What they could have advised you to do if they weren't able to manually flush the withdrawal was to self exclude until the withdrawal had been processed. However it isn't the casinos duty to do this, and reversal withdrawals ultimately comes down to player discipline. Valdes - our other admin works closely with our complaints here and I believe he will be able to give you a much better answer on whether or not a complaint would stand here, but please don't get your hopes up. He'll be along shortly to help you though.

      I believe we do already have a topic based on loyalty programs, but you're free to ask again if you missed it. It depends what you're looking for I suppose. Do you like one that gives lots of points as you go along, one that gives regular treats like free spins, cashback etc or something else?
