Haha that's okay. I understand what you mean now. Sure the link you need has been given above for when your ready to submit your complaint. Good luck and keep us updated.

Yep it all sounds very familiar apart from the 'police' bit. I had to fill out a form detailing what happened and then I received emails with pretty much the same context as you. They certainly don't rush these cases, so from experience I would just advise you to wait a bit longer and then ask for an update.

Oh okay, it's just in your first post you said you asked them to close your account so you wouldn't reverse the money? Have you told them you don't wish for the account to be closed?

"Would you rather" Game

I have to answer this question and what a great one it is! Without no shadow of a doubt my answer is iOS. I absolutely hate Android, I can't work with this OS at all! Would you rather a Cat or a Dog? -
Hi fantazista, Yes I eventually got all my funds back. It took just over 3 months. Have you had an update on yours yet?

"Would you rather" Game

Hahaha! Are these some kind of delicacies in your country? They're certainly not on the menu in the UK but if there were I guess I would choose Worms. What do you prefer ***** or Money? -
Hello Becky and welcome to the forum. Did you ask the casino to close your account permanently or to self exclude for a period of time?

Hello Nathan B and welcome to the forum. I'm sure some of our members will be along shortly to help you out.

Nicole I'm in the same boat when it comes to DOA, I absolutely love the game, one of my absolute all time favourites slots. But after 3-4 years of playing it over and over again I have still yet to achieve one wild line!

Exactly! And I almost cut up my Skrill MasterCard too in fury when it happened! I'm glad I didn't now

"Would you rather" Game

I think if I had both of those cars in front of me and someone said you can have one I too would be more tempted for the Lamborghini! I'll let someone else answer you're question... -
Time for a new game since we don't really have any active ones at the moment and we all need a bit of fun in our lives right? This game is really simple. You have to post two things and the next member must answer which of these two they would prefer. So for example.. I would write... Would you rather Chocolate or Sweets The next person posts their answer along with a new question Let's start then! Would you rather a Ferrari or a Lamborghini?

I'm from the UK too and I am very shocked to hear this actually! Remind me when you submitted the complaint to them? P.s Out of interest where in the UK are you from? -
I honestly didn't think I would be posting an update to my issue with Skrill. As far as I was concerned I wasn't getting the rest of my money that was stolen, back. Since this is what customer support at Skrill told me. However, by chance today I had to log in to my Skrill account. I haven't used it since the money was stolen. I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen I had a positive balance - All of the funds that were stolen from me were now safely back in my account! And I didn't even know. So it was a lovely surprise to wake up to this morning. It's a shame that my issue took the route it did as my perspective of Skrill has changed forever and there's no going back for me. However the main point is I did get my money back in the end, I still believe Skrill need to make some serious changes to their operations but for now I'll say thank you to the team that eventually recovered my money. It makes a huge difference to a small town girl like me with an extended family on the way. So I am extremely grateful.

Well in that case Garry I wish you every success!

I absolutely agree.Of course every casino should do this. That's in an ideal world. It would be great if a casino would tell us when we accept a bonus how much the max bet is, but it's just not going to happen. If your campaign is to get this changed then in that case I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm pretty sure every member here would agree with you. It's a term that catches so many players out, but all I'll say is don't hold your hopes on being able to change it!

I understand your explanation I think and we all want those big wins. I can relate. Take NetEnt's Twin Spin - I hate this slot I never win on it. Yet it's one of our most popular big win screenshots here at the forum. I always say I will never ever play this game again, but low and behold I find myself chasing those big wins! It's only natural. But I really want to start seeing you winning Nicole, so stick to the games you like, the ones you can win, give NetEnt a break for a while and then go back to them in a few months! You never know your luck might just change!

The max bet rule very rarely applies to me since I'm a low roller. It's only by chance I have a huge win or a huge balance that I can increase my bet. The max bet rule is easy to understand. It basically means that when you are playing with bonus funds your bets cannot exceed a certain amount. It's a rule like I mentioned most casinos have in place. This particular casino explained it as an example of an irregular game play. The fact the they mentioned you cannot place bets equal to or lower than £5 or 5% whichever is less when playing with a bonus credited to your account, makes it easy to understand for me. Why the casino operator could not explain this to you I have absolutely no idea! The term then goes on to explain you cannot exceed these bets until your wagering requirements have been met. A player would know this by either checking with support or some casinos offer you the facility to check your own wagering. Once this is complete, you can then raise your stake. In your particular case you mentioned you had another £680 to wager. After you completed this wagering you would have been able to make the £7 bets you mentioned without breaching the terms. But since you still had wager left to complete when you made those bets this put you in breach of the terms. It's easy for me to say I understand the max bet rule, if you are a player (and I don't know if you are) that was never aware of this rule then I guess it can be confusing. I don't know what your experience in online casinos are but if you've been playing for a while, you should already be aware of this rule?
