      Hmmmm...now this is a tricky one indeed! It clearly states $100 max cashout, now if this was me I too would probably expect the $100 cashout and then my $25 deposit on top,, and in the past this is what I've received in such situations. Why don't you say to them so I deposit $25, I'll cashout $100 and I assume my $25 will remain in my account? If they say no then I'd just be happy that you've won the $75 for nothing

      Exactly! It's a major YAY when you've got no time on your hands to keep pressing spin, but hard to catch screenshots. If I remember to I'll use the settings to stop my play if a win exceeds 100x my stake but most of the time I forget to do this!

      I'm afraid then from what I've heard there's not much you can do sorry, I'm guessing your complain wasn't accepted maybe because you did self exclude back whenever it was. I'm not sure I don't deal with complaints. At best I'd say you may be able to get your deposits back?

      I actually don't know Bee, I don't get into the technicalities of how slots work but we have some extremely knowledgeable members here who do know their stuff when it comes to these kind of questions, so I hope you get the answers your looking for.       Yep I agree too that picking our certain casino who not only would agree to give away regular free spins but that also has them available for everyone is near impossible. But we could certainly arrange rewards but we need a rock solid foundation first. I'd love for this to go ahead I think it would be huge. Can anyone present any more ideas?

      Bingo is where I started! It all started with 888 Ladies! Then I found slots at Jackpot Joy Casino whilst playing Bingo and I never looked back. I've completely forgotten how the wagering works now though! Bingo is fun and I made a few withdrawals, the chat is fun and the games but unless your spending big money on cards and entering the big game you're pretty much never going to make as much as you are playing slots!

      It's definitely a learning curve and I just want to touch on the point where you say you'll stick to sites you know and trust in the future, this max bet rule in fact applies at pretty much every casino you'll play in.       Hmmmm...a tricky one I agree! So, this is the casino you are trying to withdraw your money from? Wicked Jackpots Casino? If it is then, I personally think you could have a case for a complaint here. If you have a copy of the email that clearly shows you asked for the account to be closed and not to self exclude then you might stand a chance at disputing this. However you really need to include as much evidence and information in the complaint.

      Well if it's the same site I'm thinking of I've played there and deposited there! Many years ago - it's based on the reality TV series Big Brother. Is this the site you mean? I wasn't aware they had changed their name though. But anyway, I'm not entirely surely where you stand with this one. Do you still have a copy of your Sent Email in your mailbox?
