      Hi dodgy and congratulations on your winnings. Back a few years ago I'm sure I withdrew at this casino with no problems but I can't say for definite since it was some time ago. Back then IMO The Palace Group were great but as Valdes mentioned things certainly changed for them over the years. I'm positive that you'll get your winnings if they've already told you its approved. In regards to how you'll receive it I'm not sure I'm afraid I've never been lucky enough to raise a withdrawal that goes overs a casino max amount that I get in increments. Keep us updated though.

      Yep sorry to say but the matter of the fact is that you breached their max bet rule, which they have referred to as irregular pay. 30% of your deposit making the max bet for you £6. It's not just a rule they are saying not to pay you unfortunately. We have so many members coming here with the exact same issue as yourself, you're certainly not alone on this one which I no is no consolation to you. I'm sorry we couldn't bring you better news.

      So yesterday was one of the worst things I have had to go through since we had to having our loving family dog of 6 years put down. I know I've shared photos of him on here, it's too fresh for me to look back at them right now but I'm absolutely heartbroken. Waking up this morning and him not being downstairs to greet us is just the saddest thing. He truly was an amazing dog and I'm missing him terribly.

      Well yes that statement would of course be correct, but the way I read that mailer is that withdrawals are actually processed immediately, as in no pending time!??
