  1. I recently had a couple of big wins on the slots at 21.co.uk in quick succession. I initially won around £2600 and then I made a withdrawal request for £2200 and continued playing with some money I left on the balance (around £400). Quite amazingly I won £7,000 with that remaining money. I decided that was more than enough and my luck wouldn't go on any further, so I went to withdraw that £7000. On doing so, I was rerouted to the 21.co.uk login page. I had been logged out. On trying to log back in I was immediately kicked back out again. It's as though my account no longer exists. I contacted their Live chat and they said "the reason you can't access your account is because your account is under review and I have nothing else I can tell you". And that was it. Should I be worried? Is something shady going on? It's all been happening over the Easter Weekend, so perhaps they don't have many staff in. But my account, with a £7000 balance and a separate pendinf withdrawal of £2200 is no longer available. It's extremely worrying. I screenshotted my banking page before my account was locked out. The screenshot shows the £7000 balance and the pending withdrawal of £2200. If this is indeed shady, would this be useful evidence if I wanted to pursue them? It may be all above board, but if it is, the communication is shocking as they just kicked me out of my account without a warning. I'm worrying however that my legitimate winnings will be lost to a scam casino. Any advice on where to go from here?
  2. I’ve completed verification and a withdrawal was approved. Upon checking my bank it hasn’t arrived yet. When I queried this with the casino they asked for a bank statement from 27th until today. I asked if I was able to provide screenshots from my banking app, she said yes. So before I sent I edited (blacked out only the dollar amounts). After viewing she then requested a pdf copy of my latest bank statement. I’m uncomfortable doing this because I’ve not been required to do this before. Is it a usual practice when making an inquiry. I have no issue with them checking to make sure I’m not scamming a double payment. But surely they don’t need this to be able to tell me what date they sent funds. Sorry if I’m wrong topic.
  3. Hey all, Just thought I'd start a thread on a pending Posh Casino withdrawal to give back for all the help I 've had from this site. I've done alright with Posh for over a year but knowing how long it takes to get paid from the online casinos (I've been paid out 3 times in the past from planet7), I typically only do a withdrawal when the account has a pretty decent win. I have had some nice wins in the past at Posh Casino but this one was over $2,500 so I initiated a withdrawal on 6/13/20. I have been trying to withdraw from Gunsbet since saturday and they claim Neteller blocks the transactions, this could be due to limits. I am fully verified, I believe I would not have any limits?   6. This company is a scam and does not pay, they stole me. They sent messages of makerting about offers and promotions, including by email, to players and do not honor. They are dishonest and do not pay. The support service plays with you, treats you like an idiot. In summary: it is a site that only wants to receive deposits and does not pay anyone the promotions offered The site sent an email to all users, promising a reload promotion, for all deposits made between 20 and 26 of February, up to 500 TL (80usd, 75eur) Below is a picture of the email they sent to users Day 21 I accessed my account. The promotion was there, needing a deposit to be activated, with the status: “No deposit made during the promotion period” I made my deposit, on day 21. Then, the status changed to "You can apply for the bonus now". The “REQUEST” icon appeared. I clicked and immediately the bonus amount was added to my balance and I was able to play with it I fulfilled the rollover, completely As the promotion was for all deposits between the 20th and the 26th, I thought about making a new deposit, to earn the bonus again I went to the “PROMOTIONS” section, and there was the promotion offer again. However, with the status: "Only one bonus allowed during a 72-hour break". Soon, I couldn't participate again That is, as I used it on day 21, I could only use it again on day 24 I waited 3 days. I explained by showing screenshots of the promotions screen when the error happened, with the REQUEST button active (the only thing needed to have a bonus amount credited to the balance is to deposit and click on this REQUEST icon, which did not work this time) I also warned them to resolve until the 26th, otherwise the promotion would leave the page.   7. Hello everybody, Since about 2 weeks I use my MasterCard to play online. Today I got lucky and put in a withdrawal for €600. It was accepted and shown immediately in my CC account. However it states -€600 on my creditcard account instead of +€600. Does this mean that the online casino actually took €600 instead of paying out?   9. I am in the process of changing my old email as my internet provider will start to charge for it in 2020, so I made an gmail address. Yesterday I email expekt as they have no live chat anymore!? To change the email of my account. I also made a withdrawal. This morning i got an email to send documents as if this was my first withdrawal (i have made a cople of withdrawals before with no problems and have provided my documents). So i was logging in to my account to resend documents but got message that it was closed, thought it might have something to do with the change of email as i used the old email when logging in as they had not yet replied to the mail sent yesterday. So i sent an email to customer support and asked how to send documents and how to get my account back active. Then 6 hours later about an hour ago they send an email to me saying that my account is permanently closed due to violating terms and conditions. "For further info read the terms and conditions on the site" I am baffled. Anyone had similar experiences? I have made bets and been playing on the casino, just normal betting and used some of their promos. The withdrawal was for a sum of about 1500eur.
  10. Hello, Does anyone have recent experience with Posh Casino and their withdrawal process? I just requested my first bank wire withdrawal, on the 17th of this month, for $600. The process for withdrawal is a little shady.. I had to actually reach out via Live Chat to ask about where to send my bank info because there wasn't even a form for submitting it in their withdrawal process. The representative told me to send my bank info to [email protected]. I find that a little odd considering they have [email protected] listed on their "Contact Us" section for withdrawal inquiries. On top of all of this, I haven't been able to verify that my banking info and authorizations has been received and approved. The only contact they have initiated with me since the request was an automatic email stating that they have received my withdrawal request.   12. Morning All, I need some help / advice. I opened an account with a website called Lottoland yesterday. I made a deposit of £200 (50+50+100) and then played for half hour or so and built it up to around £300 i then lost a bit and withdrew £213. Everything seemed fine and got an email saying it was processing. I later that evening ended up putting about 300 in through various deposits. I was playing a Red Tiger game and managed to hit a jackpot on a £4 spin and it paid around £5.5k. I was absolutely over the moon, absolutely game changing money for me and my family. I continued to play for a long while going up and down and finally called it a day and left £4.77k in my account to withdraw. I went to withdraw and it asked for verification, which is fine so i took a picture of my passport ready to send this morning. I went to log in this morning and they had closed my account, I contacted live support and they said that i have duplicate accounts and have closed my account. I wasn't aware i already had an account but was told i did from years ago and had self excluded and for that reason they didn't have to pay me out. I actually thought this was a very interesting complaint and imho his so-called "friend" was the one that really made this turn on it's head "claiming the account was his."   17. I just had a weird experience with Betchan Casino. It's to do with their customer service and withdraws. I was really down and out today. So I threw $100 to play some slots. To my surprise and my neighbours dismay, I won. So I went to the withdraw section and I opted for a Bank transfer. In my country, our banks use a SWIFT, BSB and Account Number. I've attached a picture of what it looks like. They basically want the BSB and Account number on a single line, in a single number, which made no sense to me. I guess I just had to assume that all BSB numbers are 6 digits and hopefully the system would pick that up. I said yes but what is the correct FORMAT. So I contacted customer service. They had no idea what I was even asking. I think the lack of English was the main reason there was such a misunderstanding. They kept telling me to use an IBAN - we don't have IBAN's. Eventually I just gave in, put all the digits on one line and asked for the withdraw. Support said the processing would take 2 hours. So I check back in 5 hours and still no Approval. So I contacted support. I asked when it would be approved. They said it was already approved. My page says Pending. Anyway... I asked how long it would take to be approved. They said "When the funds hit your account it will change to approved"... What? So when the funds are in limbo between bank and bank I can just hit the recall button? No... that's not right. I kept asking in different ways and they kept saying "5 days for your money to be in account". I kept asking how long the PROCESSING time takes for the Casino to send the funds and change the status to approval. They said "5 days for hit account". Went around in circles.   21. Hi, This morning I deposited onto 21 dukes casino. It was my first deposit with this casino so they offered me 100% cash back or 200% bonus. I chose to go with the cash back. Believe it or not I ended up winning $129,000. I was absolutely stunned. I went over to the withdraw section of their casino and noticed the money is in my bonus balance. I followed all the instructions very closely when signing up and specifically chose the cashback bonus as it doesn’t have any wagering requirements or max cash out. Their customer support are either ignoring me or delaying the process. I still have no answer as to why I can’t access the money I rightfully won with my deposit. I should be over the moon with my win but instead I’m sitting here wondering if I’ll get the money at all. I have all print screen of my thousands bets done for long days there. And the prove evidence of page bonus (prove evidence here in attachments files) proving they would must to remove only 19,56 I think they are promesing bonuses only for to lie, offers liers without to honour if the customer to win and end the hard rollover with some profit, only as strategy of marketing I think, then, Tipbet is scam company. I am unhappy with this and resolved to public for millions of peoples in all world here in this forum, as alert of scam company
  23. Evening all So I've just come across a casino and upon checking its terms found the minimum withdrawal amount is a massive 250 EUR!!! I honestly think this is the highest I've ever seen a minmum amount and there's absolutely no chance I'd play here. The minimum amount for me has to be £20 or less anything over that and I'm afraid I just won't play there. Just wondering if you guys have your own limits too?

I personally prefer to get my money to the same method I used to deposit. Hi, I have recently made a withdrawal from my Dunder account to which they wanted ID documents to verify my identity, it seems on sign up I entered the wrong date of birth (17th instead of 25th) will this affect me verifying my account?
