  1. Well, this report never fails to amaze me and once again I can only applaud the incredible work that is done by the AG Complaints team. The total amount of recovered money this year is a staggering $8,795,250.89, smashing last years record of $6,757,547.31. Submit a complaint 2. Select the reasn for your complaint i.e Bonus Terms Violation 3. Check the overview and FAQ's. If you still need to submit a complaint proceed to the next step 4. Fill in the complaint form and remember to Be Descriptive, Play Fair, Don't Use All Caps lock, Provide Proof to Support Your Claim, Don't Use False or Fake Evidence 5. View our complaints guidelines before submission. This is to avoid your complaint being rejected 6. Submit complaint and wait for submission
  2. We already know how impressive AG handles complaints and now they have reached yet another huge milestone. The team have now helped recover an impressive $30,018, 211.   3. It's no surprise that once again our AGCCS team are excelling in every thing they do as our annual report brings in yet more impressive stats! We returned a record-breaking $6,757,547.31 to players which is a 10% increase to the previous year and that's from 7924 complaints.   4. Massive kudos to our complaints team on this complaint which has just seen the player get his huge withdrawal of 330 BTC! If you read the complaint from the start you'll see how much this money meant to the player and his family, luckILy our team were able to step in and help and voila! I actually thought this was a very interesting complaint and imho his so-called "friend" was the one that really made this turn on it's head "claiming the account was his." I'm just glad the player seen sense, went alont and got the resolution he was hoping for.

  8. Hi, I remember back in the day, when you went into a bookmakers and placed a bet, you never thought 'will i get paid?' This is no longer the case, especially after the rise of online gambling. There are some good casinos who act with honesty but there are so many rogue ones appearing. What's worse is that some of these are meant to be licensed by the UKGC! This year we managed to help players recover a massive $1,755,304.28 in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated winnings. This brought our total up to a staggering $5.3 million! If I asked you how many complaints you thought we dealt with, what figure would you come up with? Well I can tell you during 2015 we received over 3000 new cases submitted by more than 2240 players against 520 different casinos! Not all complaints could be accepted as some simply didn’t meet out Complaint Guidelines but we did process over 1600 cases and resolved a phenomenal 66.5% of them! Why would you submit a complaint? There is a ton of reasons why a player may need to submit a complaint with us. But for 2015 it was payment related issues that dominated almost 63% of all submitted complaints. And would you be surprised if I told you that almost half of the accepted complaints were against legal and regulated casinos! Of course another major issue that we dealt with last year, which we all know and talk about all too well in the forum is players not checking the terms and conditions. Approximately 4 out of 10 complaints were raised as a result of this! So, here’s a few reminders of some things that may help you avoid having to open a complaint 1. Check the complaints history 3. If you’re taking a bonus from us check the ‘Additional Information’. Anything that we feel may stand out in the bonus terms we will try to add here to help you. 4. This ranking tool, known as CasinoRank, works automatically and reset/update casino rank and score on monthly basis! This tool is using many different parameters, which we don't have any influence on So, my question for you is - Are there some casinos that deserve, in your opinion, better or worse rank on our site? Don't be shy, count them all, but don't forget to justify your choice and better/ worse mark!
