      Well do not take their offer even if you could. Remember that topic we had with GameTech group casinos where Netent games are restricted with Bonus money on Madam Chance. Well bonus money is restricted on all providers accept GameScale, Betsoft and Amaya, which means no Elk, no Nextgen, no netent and others. Stay away.

      @ Cocopop3011 - Okay so this guy does not have Neteller and he is from South Africa. But he has bitcoin. So i fund my neteller account using bitcoin and when it gives the payment address i mail it to him to pay it for me and i transfer the paypal money to his paypal address. @Raptordinos - Ill rather have it a bit complicated with someone i trust then just send money to anyone on the internet out there sitting on the other side of the Globe trying to scam me or with no guarantees that they will send me the money back to neteller and besides the fees they charge are $10 - $20 to do conversion, this guy does not charge me a fee at all, i just need to pay the fee for sending the money via paypal.

      Actually not transfer to my neteller directly, but I uploaded funds to my Neteller using bitcoin and send him the payment code and he pays the bitcoin bill and the funds are added to my neteller. Then I just transfer him to his paypal
