  1. And the answer was? Maybe you could share it with us for other members to know?
  2. Ahhh okay! I'm from Wales. We have another member here from Scotland though. Well I understand you being nervous with it being such a nice withdrawal amount. I sincerely hope everything goes smoothly for you. Will you come back and let us know what happens?
  3. Hello Trond and welcome to the forum. Have you tried asking customer support? I believe they are the best people to ask to give you the exact answer.
  4. Hello Alan and welcome to the forum, Congratulations on your winnings. I've personally never heard of them or played there. Have you now requested the withdrawal? Have they asked for your documents yet? Also I have to ask..you used the word "chuffed" you must be from the UK right?
  5. So what exactly is it down to then? I don't know any casino that has 'stolen' my money however I've lost some due to my own doing. I deposit with a view that I'm going to lose, anything I win is a bonus. Also, please explain your title to this topic? And welcome to the forum by the way
  6. I believe we do already have a topic based on loyalty programs, but you're free to ask again if you missed it. It depends what you're looking for I suppose. Do you like one that gives lots of points as you go along, one that gives regular treats like free spins, cashback etc or something else?
  7. I went through a stage of really really liking Elements, I still do like it just don't play it as often as I used to. Great game though.
  8. Good job. Although it does feel great in that split second whilst your throwing the device
  9. Thanks Raptor! Yes I think this is the film I was on about! It's a great film!
  10. Awww how sweet! Some lucky lady is getting a big rock on here finger soon then! I hope she says yes,
  11. I can't speak for other countries of course, but here in the UK our banks offer protection against such scums!
  12. It sure is and VideoSlots is becoming very, very popular in our forum!
  13. Hahahaha! Brilliant name suggestion there!
  14. You'd need to win pretty big to do that! What would name it?
  15. Nope not yet! I just don't think it's for me. I'm sure I'll try it out one day, just for the experience but I'm in no rush to at the moment.
  16. Actually no, using my bank is much safer! If the money went missing from my bank I'd have it back in days because they are insured against fraud! They have it in place to protect their customers. Something Skrill obviously don't care about.
  17. Oh dear! I've come out of free spins with pennies before, I guess it's just the luck of the draw right?! I hope your monitor remained in a safe place though?
  18. In that case I hope you smiled for the camera
  19. Exactly, Skrill are a joke! Since this has happened I have become very cautious of where I play and how I handle my online matters.
  20. Actually I didn't compare the games I just gave these as an example and quite frankly I don't need to explain myself here. I've noticed you saying to a few people "as an experienced gambler" blah blah blah. Johnny - Someone here could be playing for 10 years and have a game that they like that works for them that someone else absolutely hates - That is fine! There is no guarantee with absolutely ANY game that it will pay. And this goes for Twin Spin and any other game for that matter. Twin Spin might leave Jack Hammer 2 it is wake for you, but let me tell you something it's the complete opposite for me. You have no idea what myself or other people have won on Jack Hammer. Please don't make a mockery of me - because experince does not come into this.
  21. You need to send a photo of yourself holding the ID?
  22. What puts me off most about a Land-based casino is the lack of privacy I think I'd feel extremely out of place there!
  23. So, I've finally had a reply from Skrill. Out of the £150 that was stolen from my account they have refunded me £40.53. What an absolute insult. They said the rest of their money has already left their system. I have no idea what they mean by this actually. Where the heck did they recover the £40 from then? Regardless of whether or not the scum bag who stole my money had the money still in their account Skrill should refund me the whole amount due to the fact fraud was committed on my account. And in my opinion its all due to their sheer lack of security. There are no measures whatsoever in place to stop anyone accessing your account (once they've hacked your details) and then transferring money to themselves by email. What they need in place here is a security measure. For funds sent via email you should have a text sent to your phone or email with a code, you must then enter the code to verify the transfer. You'd think a company like Skrill would already have something like this is place. Its clear to me that Skrill have no fraud insurance in place to compensate members which is why they simply can't be trusted and will never have the pleasure of my custom again.
  24. I was going to say I can't imagine for a second that drinks are free for everyone! In fact I imagine them to be very expensive!
  25. I haven't tried out your casino yet actually, I had some problems around Christmas with my e-wallet account and it's set me back a bit. But as soon as I try your casino out I'll come back here with some feedback.
