      Hello Insomnia4 and welcome to the forum. First of all I have to say - WHAT!!! So the maximum you can win from the bonus is £500! What a complete joke. I've checked their terms and conditions and unfortunately their terms do indeed state the following All bonuses will become playable once there is no real money remaining and they can only be played on all Slot that do not have a progressive jackpot. In order to keep any winnings generated from those bonuses, you will need to produce a total amount of bets worth 30x your deposit and bonus value. So if your first deposit is £20 you will be given an extra £20 to play with. You will then need to make £1,200 worth of bets before your winnings can be kept up to a maximum amount of £500. Upon completion of the required wagering conditions, the initial bonus amount will be deducted from your balance and remainder of winnings up to a maximum of £500 will be transferred to your real balance. For example if you were given a £50 bonus and had £200 in your balance upon meeting the wagering requirements, £150 will remain in your balance and be withdrawable.

      Correct Princess, you can't have a bonus unless you agree to the terms. You don't always have to tick a box to say you accept the bonus terms, but by clicking the box when you first register this bounds you to their terms anyway.

      Well no I don't think its illegal for them to operate but this is very strange indeed! We have CrazyWinners Casino here and it clearly states they are licensed in Curacao. Just going back to basics for a moment...what were the reasons the casino gave you as to why they only paid you $200? Did you win the money as a result of a free bonus or a deposit made? Also have you opened a complaint with us about it yet?
