This thread has inspired our writing team with the latest blog entry Should you claim a welcome bonus at an online casino Have a read and let me know what you think. The most important thing I'm sure for all of us is the wagering requirements. Back in my early days of gambling I'd accept any bonus regardless of the wager nowadays I am extremely careful and I'll only pick low bonuses. More often or not if a wager is x deposit and bonus I'll say thank you, but no thank you.

I believe it's different with every casino, I've never had a problem either.

Promoting Casinos with long pending periods
cocopop3011 replied to ronask's topic in Suggestions and Feedback
Hi Gambln456 and welcome to the forum. None of us like long pending periods but the reason why we have so many different casinos here is because we are all different. Each of us enjoys playing at different casinos, so we have to cater for everyone. Take Playtech Casinos for example - most of these have a 4 day pending period, if we were to only have casinos with the pending period you suggested we'd have no Playtech Casinos. And just because a casino has a longer pending period than others it doesn't mean they're not going to pay. We don't tell members which casinos to play in, what we do is give the option of over a thousand, the rest is up to you - the player. -
I'm currently waiting for a reply on this one, please give me until tomorrow to get back to you.

I certainly don't think you are in the position to say what you have just said! We only want to players to sign up to casinos where they are allowed to play we certainly wouldn't "promote" as you say and get players to sign up to a casino that we willingly know they shouldn't be playing at!

It is a shocking term absolutely, but maybe you should check the terms from now on in your future casinos and good luck

Oh dear, my post was never for the intention to worry players about the safety of their money in Skrill, but purely to raise awareness to the importance of changing your password now and again. I had a very bad experience, my case was handled badly but that certainly doesn't mean you will receive the same experience. In fact many of our members have been using Skrill for years now and not had any problems. My advice is to just keep an eye on your account and like I said change your security information regularly.

Hello pamises16 and welcome to the forum. I suggest you read our review for netbet casino and check their complaints history before deciding. If you click this link you'll find the information you need along with their withdrawal timeframes.

As a player we all want the same thing when we open our laptops, a stress free gaming session at whatever casino we’re deciding to play in. Ultimately we all want to win of course but that’s left down to lady luck herself. Unfortunately once in a while things may not go as planned and that’s where we come in! The AskGamblers Complaint Service. Our annual report has been released and once again we have excelled ourselves and smashed all records from previous years! This year we managed to help players recover a massive $1,755,304.28 in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated winnings. This brought our total up to a staggering $5.3 million! If I asked you how many complaints you thought we dealt with, what figure would you come up with? Well I can tell you during 2015 we received over 3000 new cases submitted by more than 2240 players against 520 different casinos! Not all complaints could be accepted as some simply didn’t meet out Complaint Guidelines but we did process over 1600 cases and resolved a phenomenal 66.5% of them! Why would you submit a complaint? There is a ton of reasons why a player may need to submit a complaint with us. But for 2015 it was payment related issues that dominated almost 63% of all submitted complaints. And would you be surprised if I told you that almost half of the accepted complaints were against legal and regulated casinos! Of course another major issue that we dealt with last year, which we all know and talk about all too well in the forum is players not checking the terms and conditions. Approximately 4 out of 10 complaints were raised as a result of this! So, here’s a few reminders of some things that may help you avoid having to open a complaint 1. Read our review first and scroll down to Casino Details. Here you can information about deposit/withdrawal methods, restricted countries, currencies, withdrawal limits and more. 2. Check the complaints history 3. If you’re taking a bonus from us check the ‘Additional Information’. Anything that we feel may stand out in the bonus terms we will try to add here to help you. 4. If you’re unsure about opening a complaint ask at the forum. You don’t need to mention the casino if you don’t want to but you can tell us the issue and we can advise you on how to proceed. 5. Finally and the most important point of all is to ALWAYS check the casinos terms and conditions BEFORE YOU PLAY. Ten minutes of your time before you register could just be the key to a successful gaming session. You can read more about out annual review HERE. You’ll also be able to read 5 of the biggest complaints we received in 2015. Very interesting indeed. And if you have a complaint you can submit it HERE. Well done to the entire AskGamblers complaint team, your efforts have certainly paid off when we look at what you all achieved last year!

Yep I did indeed see this in their welcome terms, however since I'm no longer using either of these to fund my casino accounts it's really not a problem for me.

So let's just take Bitstarz Casino for a moment. Are you saying they do not have UK License but still allow you sign up deposit and play?

Maybe it could... Cupid brings you special prizes from your favourite site

Afi...Afi...Where Have You Been?
cocopop3011 replied to Afi4wins's topic in Trivia, Quiz Games & Non-Gambling Talk
Aaaaaaand the wanderer returns!! Don't you ever go away for that long again Mr Afi You are in serious trouble! I have yet to decide your punishment -
I guess casinos know that some players won't read the terms, I mean come on some of us are guilty of it here. I hold my hands up myself, it's these players that fall short of this absurd term. I'm pretty sure that if every one read the terms this particular casino would have fewer depositors based on this terms alone.

I'm sorry I don't know the missing words, hopefully someone will be able to help

I just thought I'd let my fellow UK players know that Rizk Casino now accepts us! Players from the UK can now register and you also get a free spin of the Rizk Wheel. I won 10 free spins to be used either on Starburst, Attraction, Pyramid: Quest for Immortality or Lights. But there are other options on the wheel you could win. Just wondering who's had some experience with this particular casino?

That's quite a contrast between your two favourite games. I've never had any luck with this Rainbow Riches game. I also played it at the end of last year on a slot machine in a pub when I went on holiday and it was just as dreadful to me. But I'm glad it pays you well! Hopw you win lots from it.

I have to agree that there's nothing more frustrating than playing at a casino that simply isn't easy to navigate around. It makes life a whole lot easier!
-
So, you're a fellow player from the UK like myself? Indeed since the new law we saw many, many casinos pull out of the UK but as time has progressed some of these casinos have managed to obtain a UK license. Not all of course. When I try a new casino I always, always ask if they accept UK players, this is now one of my first questions for support. Luckily for me I haven't had a bad experience where I've been able to sign up, deposit and play to later find out they don't have a UK license. Would you care to tell us which casinos in particular that we have that are not adhering to the UK licensing laws? We can check it out.
-
I didn't necessarily react negatively I asked the member to elaborate on his experience. it's easy to say you can get your money back and accuse casinos of no adhering to licensing rules - but I like to know more, facts so to speak More often or not, and I'm not saying the member who created the thread is one of these, but, more often or not players who create these kinds of threads are ones that have lost money and simply don't like the fact they have lost

Reversal Times Without the Option of a Manual Flush
cocopop3011 replied to Hellridah's topic in Casinos General
Hi Kristine, it's so lovely to have you here -
Yep I agree we all love having you hear Seat.
-
That's such a shame and I guess in this kind of situation it's your against theirs and if shows that a 20 euro bet was made and it's there in black and white it's pretty hard for the player to come back from that. I;m so sorry that you've had a bad experience and sincerely hope that all your future sessions are much better!
-
Yep completely agree, however the player could have avoided this ridiculous term had they had read the terms beforehand. I know I certainly wouldn't deposit with this rule in place.
