I'll let someone else answer since I answered last but I'm replying to agree with you on DOG! Absolutely, I've never been a cat lover just can't get on with them at all. Dogs however are so adorable I love them! Do you have a dog? I have a Staff x Shar Pei. He is such a softie! We've had him 5 years now and he's part of the family, he's a big baby despite staff's having such bad reputations they are actually extremely loving and very loyal!

Yep it all sounds very familiar apart from the 'police' bit. I had to fill out a form detailing what happened and then I received emails with pretty much the same context as you. They certainly don't rush these cases, so from experience I would just advise you to wait a bit longer and then ask for an update.

I honestly didn't think I would be posting an update to my issue with Skrill. As far as I was concerned I wasn't getting the rest of my money that was stolen, back. Since this is what customer support at Skrill told me. However, by chance today I had to log in to my Skrill account. I haven't used it since the money was stolen. I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen I had a positive balance - All of the funds that were stolen from me were now safely back in my account! And I didn't even know. So it was a lovely surprise to wake up to this morning. It's a shame that my issue took the route it did as my perspective of Skrill has changed forever and there's no going back for me. However the main point is I did get my money back in the end, I still believe Skrill need to make some serious changes to their operations but for now I'll say thank you to the team that eventually recovered my money. It makes a huge difference to a small town girl like me with an extended family on the way. So I am extremely grateful.

I absolutely agree.Of course every casino should do this. That's in an ideal world. It would be great if a casino would tell us when we accept a bonus how much the max bet is, but it's just not going to happen. If your campaign is to get this changed then in that case I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm pretty sure every member here would agree with you.
