      We actually had a good source tell us that the same RNG is used for both free play and real (UK) however it's a subject that will always cause speculation and one we can never have 100% proof of.

      I don't have any experience in this particular casino. In my regular casinos if this happened I guess I wouldn't have an issue uploading what they need but I'd always recommend anyone air with caution with such valuable information.

      This is a question we have covered in the forum so many times and one that will always, always cause speculation! IMO you should only use free play to check out the game, get to see what the features are like etc. Don't play in free mode and then deposit and play purely on the basis that you won in free play because I can guarantee you it will never work out the same

      Hi alexxander, Could you define what you mean by stalling? I obviously know what you mean but there could have been a number of reasons why the casino were delaying the withdrawal. With all due respect and I don't mean this in a rude why at all but the casino didn't force you to reverse withdraw. But I sincerely hope if this is an issue that you are able to learn from this mistake for the future.

      I have to agree that this particular conversation is not great customer support. I've had a similar situation in the past where I wanted know something very simple about a bonus and live chat told me I had to email for the answer which is just ridiculous. IMO that's the exact reason live chat is available to avoid such delays like an email response. Hopefully the agents will get some better training as a result of your post.

      Well they should be able to trace this payment, can your bank not provide you with a letterhead saying that no payment has been received from them?

      Hi Isaac and welcome to the forum. I wish I could help but I'm afraid when it comes to the history of bonuses I have no clue and I would imagine as you said this is a piece of information very hard to find out. However we have members here that have more years experience than me so maybe they may be able to steer you in the right direction. Hope you get the answers your looking for.
