      I've watched the video twice but I can't really see it clearly from what I can see it just looks perfectly normal however I'm not a roulette player. Anyone else have an opinion on this video?

      All bonuses carry a max bet rule however so many players like yourself get caught out. Most bonuses are perfectly safe to accept but it is vital you read and understand the rules of EVERY bonus you take before taking it. It's not really a rip-off it's just a matter of the playing knowing the terms of the bonus they're getting.

      Exactly Afi!! I have personally never been a fan of cashback and if it's the first time you are actually playing for real money you will have quite a shock when you realise that the demo versions you are playing now are completely different when it comes to the wins you get in real. Chances are you will bust sooner than you think and actually not manage win much cashback at all. However, I'm not saying not to go for it you have to go for what you think will work for you. What's the maximum cahback you can claim? And I assume it's on losses only?

      Did you tell them you have already had free spins off them? I agree with Leo I have to be honest they should have given you a bonus instead!! But the lack of communication would instantly put me off and such response would concern me when it came to an issue let's say with a future withdrawal. Things like this really put doubt into my mind when it comes to picking casinos and playing in them.....Read into that what you may.

      Yep I had a letter myself off them the other day saying they had updated their site and there was new bonus offers I could claim however I no longer play there so it was of no use to me. In regards to IM being reset this actually wouldn't bother me because even with all of them unlocked I tend to prefer Amber anyway, Sarah's never brought me much luck. However, I appreciate how you feel after the hard work of unlocking them all. Also agree that 15 free spins is a completely rubbish as way of compensation! Not really much you can do now though but move on or if you don't want to move on suck it up and start again.
