      Hi and welcome to the forum! Nope it wasn't a mistake I actually wrote the story you're referring too It's based on the number of complaints that are closed - either resolved or unresolved. You're complaint is currently pending and the casino still has 44 hours to respond...I'm confident they will. Of course if they don't respond within the timeframe then the percentage would then be reduced to 50% and our team would have to re-look at the certification. I hope that clears matters for you.

      Sorry for the delay guys 2 things! 1st - Random Picker has yet again changed how they run their draws I'm thinking of finding a different site. I carried out the first draw and it just gave me 3 1st place winners so I had to re-draw. I'll post the screenshot to prove in a moment 2nd - My country is currently in a state of emergency as Storm Emma (Beast from the East) has hit us hard!       Okay guys seems there has been some confusion...Let me clarify (I think the change in rules for January has probably confused things) You can use any of the 3 games we chose + 2 Games of your choice Whoever was chosen for double entries can also use that as an extra game and anyone else can also use the game (Moon Princess this month) for single screenshot entries.

      You were one of the lucky ones I went through a stage of reversing, many years ago now and major mistake and major loss in winnings meant I never done it again I never even feel the urge to reverse a withdrawal now.
