      The only way I could think of them having a negative balance is if their account has been dormant and a charge has been applied to the balance! But your right Afi - how would they even know they were family, doesn't make much sense, the only way this cold happen surely is if the same IP was used and even then there's no saying this is a family member. All seems a bit strange. And anyway's it's not your responsibility to make sure you family keep their account in good standing, there's no way you can be penalized for this! If the details you've give in your first post are accurate then I'd say you have pretty good grounds to submit a complaint. Although I'm not sure if there's more to this story that we don't know?

      I actually didn't think I'd say it but I kinda agree that the mentioned brands have kind of faded a bit with the launch of sooo many new casinos this year!

      I've actually been a little disappointed with Netflix as of late - can't really comment on the Marvel shows as I don't watch them but there hasn't been much for me to watch I've just been doing re-runs of other shows...hope to see more on there over Christmas! And they've had a price increase

      Actually, before we upgraded the site you could comment in the news section however there wasn't a system in place that notified the writer that comments were added. However, Afi is of course right Leo whenever you feel you want to comment about any of our news stories you can just come here and let us know. If it becomes something people want to do then I can create a special thread even. But yeah always feel free to come here and comment I work closely with our writing team so I can pass on any feedback and comments too.

      Such a shame really. I haven't played there but it seems like a great casino and after all they're one of our certified casinos too so it is a shame to hear you can't claim their bonuses now. Did you ever just play with your deposit? Thing is if bonuses are attractive then people are going to claim them, isn't that the point of making the bonuses in the first place!!
