      Nice withdrawal! The fact they've asked for extra documents and verification doesn't surprise me at all in fact I'd expect this to happen. Whether or not 5 days is acceptable, imo like I said earlier really depends on what casino it is at. You also need to consider if there are any withdrawal limits in place restricting you from withdrawing this all in one go. I can't really say whether I think it's acceptable to be honest with so little information. Some will think 5 days is a long time and or a normal withdrawal it would be.

      Hey SlotGirl! I've edited your title slightly hope you don't mind. Guess it really depends on where you are playing and their withdrawal timeframes. Can you say how much it is for and what exactly the casino has said in regards to where they are with the verification process? When you withdraw a large amount there'll always be extra checks..
