      Okay guys we said at the start admin games would be a mixture of new and popular titles. Since we didn't meet the 100 screenshots last month let's throw in a popular game to try and get you to the bigger prize pot this month.       But how would a child have the means to make a deposit? They'd need the parents bank card / details etc etc and I think if it's already gone that far where the child has that it's really a parenting issue. Don't you think?

      I guess you've already had your answer to this but I would have jumped in and said I don't think you will be able to have the money go back to your MasterCard. There are a lot of MC's in the UK that don't allow these payments back to them so it doesn't surprise me that the House of Fraser card doesn't allow it! To be honest in this particular situation a bank transfer is easier anyway especially if you've already cleared your balance and got your vouchers. I love receiving my reward vouchers on my Debenhams card, I wish they wouldn't tempt me with triple points offers now and again though!!

      Yep well done both! I think maybe the Slotsfighter contest may be the reason we had under the 100 screenshots this month with Fiekie being so busy with that. Let's hope we can get it back over 100 for this month. I do have a little trick up my sleeve that may help with that - will reveal tomorrow after I've decided on the games.

If you've uploaded a screenshot for a Game Review in the same month for the same game as you're using in this contest could you just put a quick note for me letting me know in one of your posts, just makes it easier when I'm checking the amount of screenshots against the amount you have told me.       aha! Always check my emails from Fruity Casa, not a member at the other 3 yet but Fruity often send me goodies so how could I not open them Used to be a member at Hello not sure if they have a UK license now? My account would be dormant there for some time now so don't get emails anyway.

      Butlers were notrious for sending me leaflets through the door, they were one of the reasons I stopped opening them - at least one a week. Not sure I've had any off 888. But I'm guessing with the new data protection act coming into place soon I'll stop getting mail. When it comes to emails - again I've gone the same and not bother checking them unless it's a regular so I guess I'd better start changing my ways if I want those nice surprises.

      Yep agree that it's quite common practise not for cash balance only bonus balance to show in a restricted game. Not quite sure the OP weill get any other resultion to what's already been given.

      Hi Rachel, thanks for stepping in here, are you our new casino rep? I havet to say I thought I was usually pretty good at working these things out but even that has confused me! So many chips and cancelled requests! So let me just make sure I understand...He couldn't cash out on a free chip initally because he hadn't made a deposit, yes?

      Okay so more often or not, about 1/2 times a week we'll have mail from some casino. I can always tell when it's casino mail and usually we'll have two identical ones. One in my name one on the other halfs name. I've grown to not even bother opening these anymore since they're always from casinos I've already registered and deposited at and the letter is advertising the welcome bonus. Opened one yesterday which I didn't realise was casino mail and it's from MaxiPlay saying they've given me a £11.55 bonus Now I'm wondering how many letters I've potentially thrown away with ncie little bonuses hidden inside Do you always open all yours?

      Well it's not a scam. Why don't you stop throwing accusations and actually take a minute to explain what actually happened because we're just speculating with the very limited facts you've actually given us. You used the bonus as in you used it all? Every penny? I actually don't see the big deal in contacting support to get it zeroed but there we are we're all different.

      When you deposited did tou still have wagering left from the previous bonus? If you did then unfortunately your deposit would have also been tied to the existing wagering.
