      What I'm about to say isn't fact since I haven't thoroughly read the MC terms but I would imagine this particular issue isn't explained is it? Betting with money that's left over from a withdrawal that would be removed anyway due to max cashout rule? What do they state regarding this does anyone know?

      Well actually all that doesn't matter because out of everything you won you would have only been allowed to withdraw 500 eur anyway, so even though you let money in to play with once the withdrawal was processed that would have been removed from your account. In my opinion you should have been allowed to withdraw that 500 eur and that's it.

      Hmmm tricky one to say the least. The 10x max cashout is standard for this casino so no surprises there, however you had completed the wagering, right? So when you hit that max bet you wasn't playing with bonus money, right? Can you clarify that first?
