  2. I've got to be completely honest here Afi until I read your reply I was trying to figure out how the max withdrawal was imposed just on the rebate so I think even I would have got tricked by the casino if this was me too! Didn't even think of the implications of the bonus money!

  14. Have you made the withdrawal and been asked for verification? If so then all the info on what you need to send should be in the email they sent you? Or are you wanting to make a withdrawal?
  15. It probabbly would have been a good idea to answer since it may have answered some of your questions. While you wait for the statements - you've checked with your bank that the money was definitely taken more than once? Was it taken via a debit card transaction or wire transfer? Sorry I'm just trying to understand how they could take the money twice because when I deposit using my card a casino couldn't use my card details again without a continued authorisation from me to my bank so I'm not entirely sure how they could take it?

  20. That would make sense and especially now it's this brand I'd be really surprised if it was anything else. More often or not with my Natwest transactions take up to 3 or more days to actuaklly show even though the money is taking instantly.

  23. And there's the reason why OP hasn't received the money. Considering this is in 4 days I'm completely shocked their website is still allowing people to register and there's no warning signs. But on saying that when I worked for MFI and they went into liquidisation they still took orders knowing they would never get fulfilled. OP - Mind us asking how much your winnings were? If they have dissolved I can't see any way you'll get your wiinnings.
  24. Does anyone have access to your casino account or your card/bank details? Cancel any payments/standing orders etc to the casino so no more can be taken, cancel your card even. I'm struggling to see how they can take the money without some kind of payment agreement though. Which casino is it?
