If fiekie won big from the £10 bet her still would have had to contacted them and told them because there'd be no point continuing knowing you've breached the terms anyway!       Most casino have the rule of one account per IP/address in their terms regardless of the country however a lot of casinos in my experience allow it as long as you obtain prior permission. I think the main thing they need to rule out is bonus abuse so if both parties can verify they are in fact different people there isn't usually a problem. Again this is in my experience and over the years I have learnt that it is always best to check first!

      Good shout!! Yep I was already aware she was working for our rival forum now I just wasn't sure whether it was an extra job or not.       I've always found live chat great at Fruity Casa which is why I was so surprised with the answer they gave you to what I think is actually a simple question for them to answer!

      I have to agree with Leo in regards to the bad service I'd certainly expect more from this particular brand. I too made this mistake at a casino, the exact same max bet was made at $10 I immediately contacted live chat and asked them to check my game history that I am a low roller and never place bets like that. Not only was it okay and they could see it was an accident but they also refunded me the $10 accidental bet too. I'm not sure if our Jelena is working as the rep any more, but I personally would go back to live chat and hopefully speak to a different agent and see if they say the same thing?

      Depends on the casino as the above post mentioned. Which casino is in question? If you don't want to say then I strongly suggest you read their terms first in regards to two accounts at the same address. Most casinos allow this regardless of their terms as long as you obtain prior permission, it's usually when you don't have permission when you break their terms. Even though you are closing yours I'd still air with caution and get permission instead of just doing it and risk getting a withdrawal refused.
