There are a couple of key moments referring to the aforementioned issue which must be clearly and unambiguously stated here: 1/ You submitted an official complaint against 7Bit Casino a couple of weeks ago. Your complaint has been rejected by the AskGamblers Complaints Team due to the obvious breach of one or more of the casino terms and you were advised to forward your issue further in case of disagreement with our decision. By 'further' you were explained that would be the relevant regulatory body which is the only authority capable to determine IF particular casino term is fair or not /your main concern/ and change and/or request amendments if necessary. 2/ Instead of processing your issue in front of the 7Bit's official regulatory body and wait for their official investigation, you came here in the forum, obviously trying to add extra pressure upon the casino team and probably hoping this could result in another couple of BTCs refunded to your account. Which we could and will not allow to happen of course. As a result: 1/ The topic title has been edited accordingly so that it reflects the truth and not your complete unfounded and unfair accusations. 2/ The topic is being locked to prevent you from further damaging 7Bit Casino's reputation without any serious and valid arguments. PS. Feel free to let us know in case the official regulatory body rules the case in your favor and we will make sure to reopen this topic and let you updated it accordingly.

      When you posted the comment your issue with the aforementioned casino was definitely not resolved, which means you must use AGCCS rather than trying to get assistance or resolve it via comments. It's that simple actually and I can assure you we do not make exceptions about anyone here. As for the rest of your post, well, it's now obvious why the casino team was not so interested in responding to your query in a timely fashion, you won't get far with such an attitude. Farewell.
