      This is by far the oldest and most common trick used by some online casinos to stall payments and play some cat&mouse game hoping you will lose, reverse withdrawal and play down your winnings. Could be that you accidentally /or not/ violated some bonus term referring to adopting different strategies such as postponing a bonus round for a time when no bonus funds are left in the balance for example or something else, lots of possibilities are there to consider. Since we don't have the aforementioned casino listed and reviewed here in AskGamblers, I'm afraid now you need to rely on the investigation made by Curaçao eGaming.
