      Hi there Kev and welcome to AskGamblers. There is no way a legal and duly licensed casino to literally 'steal' form you the money which which you won before requesting self exclusion. Simply no way, it's that simple actually. Not sure about the whole situation since you didn't gave us the whole chat transcription, but in case you have a copy and you are sure the relevant casino team advised what you mentioned above, you'd better report that to the United Kingdom Gambling Commission immediately as such practices are totally contrary to any decent Responsible Gaming standards and policies.

      Guess it's just about time for Guru to share his thoughts about it.... And so, my gambling 2016 was definitely a very good year due to the following reasons: 1/ Ended up with close to $7000 net profit,yey! Approximately 80% of this net win came from Dead Or Alive, so you could imagine how upset I was when all of a sudden more and more both new and well established casinos started to restrict NetEnt games for their Bulgarian players due to some mysterious specific gambling law enforcement... Luckily, there are still dozen of decent operators where I could play my beloved DOA and sincerely hope this fact will remain as it is for at least another year. 2/ I have years with much bigger wins than in 2016, but the reason to end up with such a hefty net profit this year is due to the fact I put most, if not all, of my gambling under strict control and managed to limit my greed and impulsive decisions to the bare minimum. And it paid off guys, it really paid off! Instead of chasing 400-500 profit on a 50-100 deposit I started to withdraw as soon as I manage to win 200-250 and soon it became crystal clear this new strategy works perfect for me. Now I have over 100 successful withdrawals and only a couple reversed ones while usually I would end up the year with just a couple of dozens of cashots and tens of cancelled and played back withdrawals. 3/ No more experiments with real money on new games, at least not until I could read a dozen of players opinions and decide if the game is gonna suit my style or not! Turned out to be an excellent decision which saved me hundreds which I would usually played off on games I know nothing or just very little about... 4/ Lowered my usual bets. If I was used to play DOA with bets starting from 0.27 and above, now my usual stake would be 0.09 up to 0.27 most of the time. The same applies for other games I play on a regular basis where sessions would rarely reach bets of 1.50, 2.00 at the most. This new rule of mine would specifically apply for all of my sessions after a big win and give my greed time cool down chasing even bigger wins. Well, that's pretty much everything I think would be interesting for you to read. Hope 2017 will be a real gambling 'horn of plenty' for all the fellow AG members!

Well, been really surprised, in a positive way must admit, when various players started to report Posh casino was not only offering an insane good no deposit bonus, but actually paid promptly to those who managed to win from that bonus. Those who had some experience with Royal Ace/ Planet 7/ Cool Cat/ etc know quite well that requesting a withdrawal from these brands means most often a game of cat and mouse often lasting for couple to several months.       Doubt so... that would be the same as DOA producing a double wild line and we all know how often that happens right.
