    Hallo zusammen, ich habe bei Wunderino gewonnen und wollte meinen Gewinn auszahlen lassen. Dies wurde 2 X Mal abgelehnt, als ich dann gestern in meine Mails geschaut, sah ich eine mail von Wunderino in der stand drin das ich mehrere Spielkontos hätte, was ich nicht habe ich habe nur dieses eine Spielkonto und keiner aus meinem Haushalt hat Wunderino ausser mir. Hatte jemand schon das gleiche Problem ?
  2. I am in the process of changing my old email as my internet provider will start to charge for it in 2020, so I made an gmail address. Yesterday I email expekt as they have no live chat anymore!? To change the email of my account. I also made a withdrawal. This morning i got an email to send documents as if this was my first withdrawal (i have made a cople of withdrawals before with no problems and have provided my documents). So i was logging in to my account to resend documents but got message that it was closed, thought it might have something to do with the change of email as i used the old email when logging in as they had not yet replied to the mail sent yesterday. So i sent an email to customer support and asked how to send documents and how to get my account back active. Then 6 hours later about an hour ago they send an email to me saying that my account is permanently closed due to violating terms and conditions. "For further info read the terms and conditions on the site" I am baffled. Anyone had similar experiences? I have made bets and been playing on the casino, just normal betting and used some of their promos. The withdrawal was for a sum of about 1500eur.

Hello players friends, I am having difficulty solving a subject occurred on Tipbet.com website Below, I will tell you what happened, in detail and with printscreens that will facilitate understanding. I had never made a withdrawal before. However, recently I participated in a promotion where I would win a bonus and would have to meet the conditions of playing his value multiplied by 10. The maximum winnings after the rollover was 100.00. OK no problems So I started playing, I stayed days, weeks, months playing. Normally. Until I was able to fulfill the difficult and heavy rollover. My account balance was, now after the rollover ended, 119.56 (according to the print screen attached here, which shows the value after the rollover and below shows the bets made that fulfilled the rollover). In other words, the 100.00 of maximum gains + 19.56 extra that I left in the account without using it, because it was not mine and the site should remove at any time. This balance was now withdrawable money balance Perfectly, everything okay up here. I did not want to make the withdrawal of 100.00. The terms and conditions of the promotion or website did not report anything about this. I decided to continue playing on the site. Using those 100.00, using values deposited by me, using new bonuses offered by the site, using new deposit bonus, and all this mixed in a single balance, obviously I spent more days, weeks, playing, without asking for any retreat. By the time my balance was now at 522.56. So I decided to make a withdrawal of a small part of this amount But here the problem began. While I was happy to have had some profit after weeks of playing, I imagined that the site would only withdraw the additional extras 19,56, I was taken by surprise: the site removed 464.00 from my account! Suddenly, suddenly, suddenly and without speaking, nothing Immediately, I contacted the support to complain about this, reporting the error, to remove only the 19.56 and not 464.00. The user must withdraw a value, by obligation, having to stop playing on the site while waiting 1, 2 or 3 days to receive, and then re-deposit that. This is unacceptable. On the contrary, I liked the site and decided to continue playing on it, including depositing and making thousands of other bets, participating in new promotions! If there was really this obligation, after the rollover, to stop playing, withdraw the value 100.00 immediately, wait 1, 2 or 3 days to receive, and then re-deposit, to just now continue to play the account, they put this on the terms and conditions, expressly and clearly saying: after the rollover, stop playing, withdraw the 100.00, wait for payment, deposit again the 100.00 and start using your account again! Or that the site had contacted me by email to report this! But, no, none of this was on the terms and conditions, nor did anyone on the site contact me to warn about this, which made me continue to play on the site without making any withdrawals, make deposits, win new deposit bonuses, fulfill your rollovers normally , make everything real money cash withdrawable, so only after all this try to withdraw some part of the balance Attached, it follows the image of print screen that shows the moment that I finished the rollover: 119,56 = balance in account made with the bonus 150.00 = rollover required to comply with rollover 150.20 = the sum of the bets I made and rolled 0.20 = remaining value to end the rollover (negative because I did more than needed) Below, in Bonus Stake History, follow the bets that I made and that counted to fulfill rollover I humbly ask your help and respectfully ask for the understanding and fair play by the Tipbet team to return my balance of $ 464.00 to my account so that I can continue playing on the site or pay me this amount as withdrawal so that I re-deposit and continue playing because there was no reporting withdrawal obligation after rollover

  5. Hey everybody, I'm hoping there could be some other android folks lurking on Askgamblers as I am seriously keen to find out whether it's just me, or is this app almost entirely useless???? I have no menus, no options to make a deposit or withdrawal, no account settings ... it simply opens up with a short list of your most recent transactions and a button for "all transactions" which in my case is no different to the first page! Can this possibly be correct? Or could there be some phone specific issues or something...? I have an LG G3 right now but might take a look at the app on my mans Lenovo when he comes in tonight. I watched a program on TV last night about the increase of online gambling in the United Kingdom over the last couple of years and it showcased a few people who had "fallen into the trap" and have ended up breaking up their families because of online gambling...and it went on to blame the actual casinos and betting shops as opposed to the actual players. It had this 70 year old woman who was £100,000 in debt because of loans she had taken out to feed her addiction and she blamed the casinos for not alerting her of her problem!!!! ALERTING HER OF HER OWN PROBLEM! THESE PROGRAM'S OUTRAGE ME THEY REALLY DO. I strongly believe an addiction is down to the individual and no one else. No one forces them to gamble and take out loans, why should it be down to the casinos to recognise you have an addiction??   12. I was an active VIP member of Casinoval for a few months - I had deposited several thousands of dollars over that time and had never withdrawn any money. I won over $2000 (Easter this year) and decided to withdraw the amount - usually the amount sits in pending - and cannot deposit while you have an amount pending - they never acknowledge the issues i was having - i was unable to see my amount in pending but they did acknowledge that i still had it. They said i can deposit - which i did and kept deposit thinking i will get my winnings. The problem is - I LOST ALL MY MONEY - and ontop an EXTRA $2000+ . They refused to acknowledge and ignored me, i had taken screen shots of the issues and they still ignored me. I cut my losses but because I enjoyed the games - and they are the only one with the software that has these games that Australia can play - I continued. (YES STUPID ME)... I asked to speak to the Manager - an email address etc. they refused to give it out. I complained so many times and the still refused to give me any supervisor names or contact details - you had to go thru support each time. I was livid. Since then i noticed when you wager with them - you win free spins lots of , once the wager is almost done -the games change - the reels spin differently and also the winnings are non existent - your balance is then reduced to a very low. ONce the wager is over - you are left with a low balance that has no chance of buidling at all not even enough to withdraw the minimum. I was so angry and this became a battle - they cheated me out of my winnings and cheated me out of my money. Everytime you deposit you lose your balance - whatever is left in the account...its taken by them. They think once they give you a bonus they are doing you a favour - their bonuses are fake money...THEY ARE CHEATERS, THIEVES AND THE RUDEST INSULTING SUPPORT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH...THEY OWE ME MONEY...AND THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS...
