Hey Fiekie thx for the reply. Yes it is in fact a RTG casino. Slotastic. The 3000 was pending for a day. Then I got an email saying it was declined. On my record it says approved then declined due to bonus "abuse". (lol) They blocked depositing for me during the withdraw. I was able to redeem comp points and I redeemed a few codes at other casinos which is why my memory is fuzzy on this redemtion at slotastic. I just recently won some money and tried to withdraw but it got voided saying I used a promo code during the withdrawl process which now voids my entire withdrawl. Here is the message: "Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings." I have several screenshots of my earnings. I had about 5.5k and withdrew the max amount by courier which is 3000. The credit authorization took a few days but the withdrawl only took a day to get approved. During that time I kept playing and I might've used a code. I don't even remember clearly. But It is there on the record. I only recently starting playing online slots and I didn't know there are so many rules. Compared to a brick and mortar casino where you just show ur ID to get in. Anyways during waiting for withdrawl I couldn't deposit or do much of anything. So if they are able to block the deposit, why don't they block everything including promo codes? I think this is shady and a way to loophole me out of my winnings. There was another guy in the same situation where he withdrew but he started getting emails from the casino about bonus codes. He was able to get the void reversed. I won my money fair and square. I made an initial deposit with a bonus and played through the bonus requirements. What do you guys think?
