  2. Jelena my dear...you know me well enough! I was indeed so mad at those people at Fruity Casa...either for being careless...ignorant...or indifferent...I just don't know...and I simply couldn't believe what was happening then. The Live Chat host was friendly and helpful...and it was him that accepted my docs and confirmed it. The finance people, on the other hand, are a bunch of...errrrr...whatever!!! Mike, the so-called Manager, NEVER replied my email...someone else did...but purposely (I guess) didn't put any name to it. Jelena darling, I am honestly thinking that what's over just let it be over...no point in waking up the sleeping dogs in the finance dept...hahahaha. Sorry darling...nothing concerning you of course...and I was thinking of you all that while too...didn't want to mess up your chances of winning an award...and for Fruity Casa too. Now both have won something...fair and good enough for me, hehehe.
  3. It's ok Emina darling. It's just one more of many strange peculiar things that happened to me before the Monkey god takes over (chinese new year). I know most of you are not superstitious and don't believe in such things...but I must admit that I am almost always affected by these changes! Don't ask me why please...I just cannot explain it! I have accepted everything as 'supposed to happen and did happened'...I can't change anything now or then...and I am moving on with my 'new' life...after recovering from all those crazy things that had happened to me. I think you know better than anybody else here, regarding what I am saying, about what I have been saying, right darling?...and I know you cannot put it in words either...just like me.

  5. I'm afraid not, Johnny. Some had it good there...but I personally haven't tried it. If I'm not mistaken, I have tried registering at Windows Casino maybe 2 or 3 years ago, but was restricted. Maybe it's the same casino...maybe a different one but with a similar name...I really cannot recall at this moment.

  10. All my life, I have always love playing...playing this...playing that...playing whatever... If it's fun, I'll play it...if it's addictive, I'll play it...no play no fun in life! My number 1 top favourite game...was Mr Cashback... but Playtech has now replaced my good banker buddy with a new banker guy... and he is totally unfriendly, shrewd, uncompromising...and only thinks of getting money. I have since severed all connections with this banker...so no more Mr Cashback for me!!! My new number 1 top favourite game...is my old number 1...my darling Dolphie...and always will be! If Playtech ever replace my darling with a new Dolphin...I'll stop playing Playtech for good...and this is NO LIE!
  11. The short few months that I was able to play at Mr Green, 1 or 2 years back, was never any good! No wins were achieved, free spins always ended fruitlessly...my deposits only got burnt... so I wasn't depressed at all when they finally told me that I could no longer play in their casino due to new regulations. Yep...Mr Green only knew how to get my 'green's...that's US dollars...or was that Quids?...can't remember now...hehehe.

  13. Frankly speaking, this ruling has its benefits! Where most other casinos would simply cancel out any winnings derived from over-betting, which could be hundreds or even thousands of dollars, euros, etc, a ruling that accepts any winnings from the allowed max bet but penalizing the balance, can still be winnable and withdrawable upon completing its new wagering requirement! This is in fact a second chance to have another go at it...definitely better than not getting it at all! However, individual cases need to be considered though. Imagine, if for example, a $1000 extra win gained from an excess bet, is given a new 40x wagering penalty...meaning an additional $40,000 wagering needs to be done! Oh maaaan...that is huge...but NOT IMPOSSIBLE to achieve! On small amounts...it may even be "no sweat at all maaan!" Know what I mean?!

However, Casino Tropez has Mobile Play and it's been a good and reliable casino for me all these years...just have to live with the 4 days withdrawal times. For Jelena's sake...and only for Jelena's sake...I did not publicize the stupid problems I faced with the people at Fruity Casa Casino! 5 days or so of waiting to get my documents approved...nothing! When I checked with their live chat host, I was asked to resubmit my documents...nothing in their records! After resubmitting, more waiting...and still nothing. Then an email came from the finance dept again (2nd time) requesting me to SUBMIT my docs!!! WTF!!! I replied back in a nasty way that my docs had been resubmitted earlier on and the live chat host had confirmed receiving it. I named the person. Next day, a reply came back and said I do not have to submit or resubmit my documents. 4 or 5 days later, I got my payments. Total waiting and wasted time? I can't remember exactly...I was so pissed off that my brain has removed the details on this incident from my memory! No...I don't want to check back my emails for the details...enough is enough! Such people at any casino simply blows my mind and my patience away. No second chances from me ever!
  19. Why Rizk chose to verify via sms, only they know! My mind boggles! Verifying via email would have got my registration through without any problems and I could then play at Rizk as at other casinos. As to the numerous consecutive problems I've been getting since the start of this year...well...I guess the Monkey god is playing monkey business with me this year! Geeees!
  20. I've been barred from a few casinos before...not for gambling problems...but for winning too much! They closed my accounts thereafter. But some casino operators simply refuse to close my accounts when I requested for it! They keep sending those promo emails even after unsubscribing... and they didn't even reply to my earlier request for closure of account. So I excluded myself from accessing and playing at these casinos... classified all their emails as 'spam'...but some still get into my inbox! Just have to live with it I guess!

I have had some serious major setbacks with long pending periods...I got so fed up of waiting that I reversed my withdrawal and played it to zero balance...then I excluded myself from playing at the casino ever again...for life! Surprise or not...FRUITY CASA was one of them! Sorry Jelena darling...my patience just broke with some people there at Fruity Casa!

  23. I tried to register at RIZK on two occasions, but each time, the verification code sms failed to get through to my handphone. Upon checking up with their Live Support host, I was then informed that they are having a technical problem with my local communication provider since some time back. Till today, they still haven't manage to rectify this problem. I doubt if they will. Since January this year (2016), the local authorities in my country have succeeded in extending their clamp-down program even further. Casinos that I could get access to using my VPN are now no longer accessible...blocking off almost all of Playtech casinos! Omni and Fly casinos are no longer accessible to me. FastEngine casinos like Bellini, Europa, Titan and Tropez have been blocked too. All GGN casinos are out (50 Stars, King, Las Vegas, Magicbox and Noble). Most of Winner's group of casinos are no longer accessible. I can still play at a few other favourite casinos of mine, for the time being. You'd probably know which casinos I am referring to...I don't want to mention their names here cos BLOODY SNEAKY INFORMERS are around...passing back info to the authorities. They'll get these info in time no doubt, so let them work for it. If I can have my way, I would tell 'TLC' to send down some bolts of lightning on these informers!!! Geeeees...they really infuriate me!
